Lots of people struggle with self control because they take an all or nothing approach. They are either super restrictive/rigid and don’t allow for any wiggle room OR they have one minor slip up and fully derail the train and quit. Either can be devastating to your overall progress and health if you let it. Just because you’re super strict on your diet doesn’t mean you have a healthy relationship with food. Just because you’re on a “flexible diet” doesn’t give you permission to justify consuming junk food on the daily. We have to find the balance between consistently following the plan and living our best lives at the same time without sacrificing our goals. Progress isn’t only measured by the scale, body fat percentages, hitting specific macros, or other data points Progress can also mean mental, emotional, and behavioral adaptation (changes) made to a new lifestyle. And honestly in MHO, if you only focus on the data your results will most likely be short-lived. Quarantine has been rough (hello unemployment) but Jabs has truly gotten me through it. I’m stronger, healthier, and more confident. 🥊 Бокс - это не только о спортсменах, которые тренируются побеждать на ринге. 🥊 Бокс - это способ научиться постоять за себя, развить выносливость, обрести отличную физическую форму и стать здоровее. 🥊 Бокс - это отличный способ сбросить пар после рабочего дня и освежить ум для новых свершений! Мы ждем на тренировках всех, независимо от пола, возраста и уровня физической подготовки. ⠀ Конечно, бокс далеко не самый щадящий спорт, но точно и не самый травмоопасный. Больше всего травм получают в футболе, велосипедном спорте и бейсболе 🤷♀️ ⠀ Да, ушибы, синяки, рассечения – от этого боксеру никуда не деться. Но это больше касается профессионального бокса. Если же вы занимаетесь для себя, во время спаррингов вы всегда будете в шлеме, а зубы защищает капа. Без этого ни один тренер не выпустит своего подопечного в ринг.
