First time I went to Hong Kong back in 1968, after 1974 I went every year for at least forty-five years. I have a lot of friends there, they’re like my family, friends and very gifted workers. I am worried about the situation they are in, they don’t deserve it. Every stop here was decisive for my work, because I found friendship and enthusiasm. FRIENDS I AM WITH YOU, with all my love. 📸 Paco Rebes #ElsaPeretti #HongKong #travelmemories #pacorebes - @elsaperettiofficial on Instagram

FRANCE 9 – THE GUÉTHARY POSTCARD First posted 14 October 2015 NO surfer who spent an hour (half an hour?) in Guéthary some decades ago hasn’t seen this postcard. I have to admit that I was there on and off over a few years and NEVER saw a storm like this… not even remotely like it. But it’s an extraordinary picture. It was taken by a M Dubertrand, who had a small photographic shop next to Le Madrid. Surprisingly the photograph doesn’t turn up in a Google image search of Guéthary. The building that is being literally smashed by this wave must’ve had shutters on EVERY window and door. It seems to have survived onslaughts like this for many decades. johnwitzg.com.au #johnwitzig @dickersongallery #dickersongallery @pensionmarienia - @johnwitzig on Instagram

I’m almost positive everyone follows the @friendsoflibertystatepark ?? Please do if you don’t already to find out exactly what is going on with the park including local news outlets coverage over the past month. The fight over this park has never been so nasty in it’s decades of existence and they need our support right now to SAVE CAVEN POINT. The last remaining salt marsh in NY harbor. This photo was chosen to show how far they’ve come and it’s only up from here with the help from all of us. Our beautiful green oasis on the water is something so rare and priceless we are beyond lucky for all that clean open space. #savecavenpoint #lsp #njdep #ellisisland #jerseycity #wardf #jc #audreyzapp #morrispesin #america #parks #mayorfulop #governormurphy - @demolitionofjerseycity on Instagram
