Cities across the country are reopening and for many cities the thinking seems to be, what better way for things to get back to “normal” than to intensify sweeps of homeless people. The city of San Francisco entered into an agreement with Hastings UC law school to get the majority of homeless people off the streets of the Tenderloin by July 20.
