Lemon Fig Overnight Oats ——————————————— ( Ignore that I posted three videos, don’t know why my dump ass couldn’t manage to see this mistake earlier and delete them😂 ) Remember this cute lil glass of overnight oats that I had for breakfast last week? Totally forgot to post the details about this😌 - here we go - Used my favorite oat base: - 40g oats - 2 tbsp chia seeds - @esncom lemon cheesecake protein ( sub for a zested lemon and any kind of sweetener ) - 1 lemon zested - pinch of salt — let it sit in you fridge over night or at least for a few hours . Topped it off in the morning with some - @alpro coconut yogurt - fresh figs - half an grated apple - brazil nuts - homemade almond butter - cacao nibs - chia seeds - hemp seeds . Let me tell you - this combo is everything!!! The grated apple adds a good and sweet moisture, while we add in some crunch with the nuts and cacao nibs!! BY THE WAY: 2 Brazil nuts a day cover you daily need for selenium per day🤗 (I am trying to include them into my diet right now) Don’t even need to talk about the figs because they make everything taste a 10/10 anyways 😌 I definitely prefer overnight oats over porridge! It’s all about baking 👩🏼🍳 right now so I’m sharing with you my favourite recipe for CINNAMON GRANOLA . INGREDIENTS: * 4 cups rolled oats * 3/4 cup almonds * 1/2 sunflower seeds * 1/2 sultanas * 1/3 cup coconut 🥥 sugar * 1 tbsp cinnamon * Pinch of salt * 2 ripe bananas 🍌 * 1 cup dates * 1 cup water * 2 tsp vanilla extract . INSTRUCTIONS: 1. First mix all dry ingredients together. 2. Then add bananas, dates, water and vanilla into the blender and mix until nice and smooth. 3. Pour mixture over the dry ingredients and mix it well. 4. Put everything in a baking tray and press it firmly. 5. Bake on 160 °C for 20min then crumble granola and bake it for another 20 min or more until it gets crispier and golden-brown incolour. Masaakon 💫: Apple Cinnamon Walnut Bars to welcome in the Fall season 🍂 I keep telling myself I’m not a baker because I don’t enjoy it as much as cooking, but when I DO bake... these bad boys happen. I highly recommend making them to pair with a morning earl grey tea, black tea or a night time chamomile! Let’s get to the recipe — dEATS: You will need 1. 1 ½ cup of all purpose flour 2. 1 1/2 cup of oats (GF optional) 3. 1 ½ TSP of baking powder 4. A pinch of salt 5. ½ cup of almond milk 6. 1 cup of crushed walnuts 7. 2 eggs 8. Cinnamon 9. 2 TBSPs of maple syrup 10. 3 finely peeled and chopped Macintosh apples 11. 3 TSPS of vanilla extract 12. 3 TBSPS of brown sugar 13. 1 TBSP of coconut oil 1. Preheat the oven to 350. You will want to bake on the bottom of the oven not the top. Grab a 5 by 7 pan and spray down with baking spray. Set aside. Now, grab 2 bowls. One for the dry ingredients and one for the wet ingredients. In the dry ingredient bowl add: the flour, the oats, the baking powder, salt, and brown sugar. In the wet ingredients bowl crack two eggs and whisk. Pour onto the dry bowl and mix while doing so. Now add the milk and 2 TSPS of vanilla extract and mix very well. Next, grab a pot and add 1 TBSP of coconut oil. Add in your peeled and chopped apples and mix in 2 TBSPS of maple syrup and 2-3 TBSPS of cinnamon. Mix well and allow apples to soften on medium heat. Once they are done mix in with the mix you made. In the pan you have evenly spread the mix you made. Sprinkle on ½ cup of oats on top and add your crushed walnuts. Drizzle a bit of maple syrup for taste. Bake for 15- 20 minutes, and once they are done you can drizzle some maple syrup if you’d like and enjoy!! So last week we were enjoying sunny 25º days...and today its 12! 😩. Looks like my 𝗕𝗔𝗡𝗔𝗡𝗔 𝗛𝗔𝗭𝗘𝗟𝗡𝗨𝗧 𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗥𝗜𝗗𝗚𝗘 is back on the menu Creamy, hearty and crunchy... and so delicious! 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝟏 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞: 1/3 cup traditional oats 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1/3 cup of water 1/2 cup milk half a banana brown sugar to taste chopped roasted hazelnuts 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱In a small saucepan, soak the oats and cinnamon in the water for 5-10 minutes. Add the milk, then cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, for a few minutes. Porridge will be cooked after a few minutes. Once cooked, slice some of the banana into the porridge, then combine. Today I decided to make this delicious nicecream bowl which was a mix of berry sorbet (the red part) and blue spirulina banana icecream (the blue part) Recipe: 🍒 3 frozen bananas 🍒 1/2 tbsp of blue spirulina 🍒 2 cups of frozen berries Blend the 3 frozen bananas and mix with the blue spirulina. The protein powder makes it stick together and the freeze dried fruit soaks up excess water! Here’s how i made my blueberry muffin overnight granola: Blueberry Muffin Overnight Granola 2/3 cup oats 1/2 cup water 1/3 scoop @vivolife dark choc ritual 1/4 cup freeze dried blueberries cinnamon . HOW TO mix the cinnamon and dry oats together in a jar. then, in a separate container, whisk the protein powder and water together. pour into the oats and stir, making sure to soak everything. it won’t look like enough water, but trust the process!! stir in the freeze dried fruit, making sure they are mixed evenly throughout the mixture. HOMEMADE GRANOLA✨ This is so yummy in yogourt, with fruit or even on its own. Ostatnio na insta widziałam sporo puddingów chia, stwierdziłam że zrobię coś bardziej czekoladowego i tak właśnie powstał ten deser. • Kakaowy pudding chia 🌱2 łyżki nasionek 🌱150 ml napoju roślinnego (tutaj sojowy) 🌱łyżeczka syropu klonowego 🌱łyżeczka gorzkiego kakao • Mleko dokładnie łączymy z chia. Kakao rozpuszczamy w odrobinie wrzątku wraz z syropem kolorowym i czekamy, aż troszkę ostygnie. Łączymy z pierwszą mieszaniną (chia i napój roślinny). Teraz na około 3h do lodówki i gotowe! Na górę ulubione dodatki, u mnie jogurt kokosowy, masło orzechowe, czekolada i borówki.❤️❤️ • Taki deser idealnie sprawdzi się do zabrania ze sobą (wystarczy zrobić w słoiku tak jak ja i zakręcić☺️). • Dajcie znać czy lubicie tego typu inspiracje i czy jedliście kiedyś ten popularny pudding.😅❤️ W tym tygodniu najprawdopodniej filmu nie będzie (brak karty, potrzebuję też trochę odpoczynku), ale postaram się być tutaj bardziej aktywna. 𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: 1 & 3/4 cup gluten free rolled oats 3/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes 1/2 cup sliced almonds (can use cashews) 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional) 1/2 cup dried cranberries 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips 1/2 cup honey 1/2 cup unsalted peanut butter (almond butter is a great choice too) 2 tsp coconut oil 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp vanilla 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: 1. Line a 9inxch square pan (8 is okay) with parchment paper. If using a 8inch pan, cut your bars into squares as they’ll be thicker. 2. In a large bowl mix oats, almonds, coconut flakes, chia seeds, cranberries and chocolate chips. 3. Place medium saucepan over low-medium heat. Add honey, peanut butter, coconut oil, salt, cinnamon, and vanilla; stir until warm. Stir for a few minutes until everything well combined. 4. Let peanut butter mixture cool down before adding to dry ingredients; so the chocolate chips don’t melt!! Once cooled, then add to dry ingredients. Transfer mixture to pan and press firmly down with spatula. The harder your press, the more they’ll stick together. 5. Place in fridge for 1-2 hours. Take out and cut into shape of your choice. Warmes Nuss-Früchte-Porridge 😋 Guten Morgen, hier gibt‘s heute mal ein leckeres warmes Porridge-Rezept 😋 Was du braucht: • 50 g Haferflocken • 20 g Nüsse/Kerne • Zimt nach Geschmack • 1 Prise Salz • 100 ml Wasser • 100 ml Pflanzendrink • 2-3 Scheiben Ingwer Für das Topping: Banane, Mango, Apfel, Himbeeren, Kakaonips, Kokosmus, Leinsamen...hier hast du freie Wahl, schau was du zuhause hast 😊 Zubereitung: Haferflocken, Kerne, Salz, Zimt, Wasser und Pflanzendrink in einen Topf geben und leicht köcheln lassen. Immer gut rühren, dass nichts anbrennt 😬 Nach kurzer Zeit kann das Porridge in eine Schale gegeben werden. Schneide jetzt das Obst und den Ingwer klein und brate es mit etwas Kokosöl in dem Topf an. Wenn du magst kannst du das Obst mit Agavendicksaft o. ä. etwas süßen, je nachdem wie süß deine Früchte sind. Single Serve Breakfast Muffin ✨ - I’m so excited to share yet another single serve recipe! So far all my single serves have been very indulgent and dessert like so I decided to make a nutty, fruity one that’ll make the perfect breakfast! - To make this muffin amazing I used @munchmesnack Almond Blueberry Clusters. These added a really yummy crunch throughout the muffin 😋 - INGREDIENTS: ▪️1/3 cup Oat Flour ▪️1/2 tsp Baking Powder ▪️1 tbs Almond Butter ▪️1 tbs Sweetener ▪️1/4 cup Almond Milk ▪️@munchmesnack Almond Blueberry Clusters ▪️Optional: cinnamon, frozen blueberries. - MEHTOD: 1. Preheat oven to 180°c. 2. Mix oat flour, baking powder, almond butter and sweetener in a bowl. Add and stir in almond milk. Once combined add in Almond Blueberry Clusters and frozen blueberries. 3. Pour into a ramekin and bake for 15 minutes. 4. • simple homemade granola • ➖three cups oats 🌾 ➖one cup mixed nuts 🥜 ➖one tbsp honey or syrup🍯 ➖one cup coconut oil 🥥 ➖half cup water 💧 ➖quarter cup mixed seeds 🌱 ➖quarter cup pine nuts 🥜 ➖half cup raisins and cranberries 🍇 notes ☀️ 〰️ mix the oats, nuts, seeds and pine nuts. 〰️ melt the coconut oil and add, along with the honey. 〰️ add water until the mixture is slightly sticky and combined with all oats covered. 〰️ spread on a baking sheet on a baking tray and bake at 180d for 20 mins, mixing up half way through to get an even golden colour. 〰️ mix in raisins and cranberries after! 〰️ inspired by @pickuplimes 🤩 - @breakingthefast_ on Instagram
