Weve had dozens and dozens of customers switching from other companies Honda Tucked Radiators to ours. Heres why: These radiators are dual pass design which means one side of the end tank is supposed to be two separate halves. The flow goes through half the radiator to the other side end tank which is one piece, then circulates through the other half of the radiator. So it goes through the core twice. It becomes a problem when its a poorly cut plate and slid into a one piece end tank. Cooled and Uncooled water are mingling which of course leads to big cooling issues. Our solution? Two completely separate cubed rectangles. See photo 1 and 2, theres the exterior weld visible on photo 1 and the CAD drawing visible on 2. This makes it impossible for the two to combine. Also worth nothing before this gets too long, we use a 10 inch fan and an 8 inch fan...others are using two 8 inch fans. So your cooling power from that alone is increasing 400 cfm. When you copy what were doing you cant see what were going to do next. So youre always many steps behind. 🙂 Yes our Nissan and BMW Radiators are dual pass too. - @chasebays on Instagram
