⚠️ TRIGGER WARNING: Suicide⚠️ • • • • I’ve been intellectually deconstructing suicide since I learned of the history my family has with it, but I hadn’t considered it an option for my existence until the last few years. I wouldn’t say I have a close relationship with death, but I would say I have an ongoing relationship with what it means to be alive. When my brain started asking me to contemplate taking my own life, I felt very next to that feeling, rather than deep within it. I saw it, acknowledged it, but didn’t feel driven by it. And I knew hanging in that separation between curiosity and consumption would be important to maintain in order to unpack how I ended up in such a hole. *insert masochism* Asides from beginning to cleanse my physical body of toxins and inflammation that make your insides swell and certainly contribute to not only wanting to die, but feeling like you might, I got to work on cleansing my mind. I dipped toes in stoicism, nihilism, psychology, spirituality and several psychedelic trips in order to try to go beyond the thought of “you want to die” and dig down to find the “why”. I thought once I got there I would be free of it. But instead I just unlocked another opportunity to intellectualize and deconstruct. There are two phases of learning: - Interpreting the information - And using it Until you bring something into the physical, you’re just hoarding knowledge. Something I’m certainly guilty of. Our physical world is reflective of our internal one and I’ve done everything in my power to make the world around me as close to what I want it to be as I can currently have - and I still think about killing myself to escape my shaped reality. So the rest of the work has to be done on the inside - the stuff we avoid the most because we can’t measure or see it. Because your why lives in your heart, not your house. Ps, please know that I’m okay. Normalize suicidal ideations and we will maybe save some humans from them. They are frightening and confusing, but they are normal and manageable. I am working on welcoming all my thoughts; violent, intrusive or otherwise. They are messages and teachers if you allow them to be. - @tinytayloroakes on Instagram

Finalmente suonò la campanella della fine delle lezioni pomeridiane, la ragazza chiuse il libro che aveva davanti e riponendo tutte le varie penne e matite nellastuccio mise nella propria cartella lastuccio ed il libro alzandosi successivamente dal suo banco. Uscì dallaula con la sua amica Aoi ed una volta che la salutò si avvió verso il bagno dove la stava aspettando Hanako-kun, la ragazza sospirò solamente allidea che dovesse pulire il bagno ma dopottutto era diventata lassistente umana, come la chiama lui, del lapparizione conosciuta come Hanako-san del bagno. Una volta entrata nel bagno chiamò diverse volte il ragazzo ma non ebbe una risposta. Posò la propria cartella sulla mensola e vide in un angolo tutta la roba che doveva utilizzare per pulire il bagno. Si mise i guanti ed il grembiulino ed in silenzio inizió a pulire per terra uffa guarda cosa mi tocca fare, stare tutta qu da sola a pulire disse sconsolata Nene perdendosi poi nei suoi pensieri e pensando al ragazzo che in mensa le aveva ceduto il posto. Stava prendendo il secchio pieno dacqua quando ad un tratto si vide davanti Hanko che le urlò qualcosa, probabilmente la stava salutando, con sulle labbra il suo solito sorriso. La ragazza non aspettandosi di vederlo e anche perché era con la testa fra le nuvole si spavento tanto da tirare un urlò e lasciar cadere il secchio a terra, di conseguenza bagnandosi le gambe Hanako-kun! Devi avvertire quando arrivi! Non puoi comparire così! gli urlò arrabbiata guardandosi le gambe tutte scole guarda cosa mi hai fatto far-....ahhhh urlò ricordandosi della maledizione ed abbassandosi immediatamente le calze e come teme sulle sue gambe si erano già formate alcune squame le mie gambe!
