@ktdabrowski (follow her, she’s awesome!!!) and I teamed up again to bring you some of our go-to band and light weight training options!! Since most of us have access to limited equipment we figured this would be relevant. It should be noted that just because we don’t have access to a barbell or heavy weights, doesn’t mean we compromise our principles and stop training towards our goals. Now is the time to continue to chase the same adaptations, but by different means. Manipulating things like tempo, joint angles, relative body position, and exercise pairings are only some of the ways we can make minimal equipment exercises just as effective as traditional training methods! . With that being said, here are 5 exercises I’ve been using as part of my training and clients’ programming! . 1. Banded facepull to oh raise 2. Single leg band RDL 3. Spanish squat iso hold 4. Quadruped upper body complex 5. UCV db raise (for the chest gains!) . Equipment may change. But training principles should not. Isometrics for tendon health, unilateral training, upper back/shoulder stability are all things that I would normally include in a regular program... so why not now? . There’s SO much you can do with “limited” equipment! DM me if you’re looking for a personalized training program that will make the most of your situation. Solid Glute/ Shoulders and Mobility/ Push workout by the water. This mornings workout started with an amazing run then I jumped right into strengthening my glutes. Followed by some hip and shoulder mobility and finished with push work that included dips, Stalder press and handstand push ups. Definitely made the best of the location, which I think is a skill in itself...
