In an effort to offer a solution to the growing antifungal resistant problem people have with yeasts and molds, a recent study was conducted with the purpose of determining if Nigella sativa seed oil could help. Published in the Egyptian Journal of Biochemistry & Molecular Biology, scientists tested thymol, TQ and THQ against 30 human pathogens and were surprised to discover that: Each compound showed 100 percent inhibition for the 30 pathogens evaluated. Thymoquinone was the best antifungal compound against all of the tested dermatophytes and yeasts, followed by thymohydroquinone and thymol. Thymol was the best antifungal against molds followed by TQ and THQ. What this study tells us is that Nigella sativa oil carries a unique chemical constituency that is not only effective individually, but more importantly also collectively. Essentially proving that fungus and molds cannot exist in the presence of these phytochemicals, it is no wonder why researchers seek to solve the superbug problem with black seed oil. There are too many scientific journals and articles to share here I strongly recommend you do your own research. The brand I take has the highest Thymoquinone content I’ve found at 3,000mg. It also has the highest volatile oil content I found at 5% (the higher the better - most big brand oils are BELOW 1%! It’s organic, cold pressed from Turkey. Хотим развеять некоторые преждевременные непроверенные версии относительно вчерашнего возгорания на нашем объекте. ⠀ Возгорание было точечным на внешней стороне технического этажа, длилось около 15 минут и локализовано силами нашей службы безопасности еще до приезда ГСЧС. Повреждений здания нет. ⠀ Теперь о подробностях. ⠀ Во-первых, считаем нужным опровергнуть информацию относительно возгорания утеплителя. В сториз на видео хорошо видно, что утеплитель является негорючим материалом. ⠀ Загорелся небольшой сегмент гидроизоляции, который находился на перекрытии, на внешней стороне здания. По технологическому процессу эта гидроизоляция покрывается бетонной стяжкой, после чего она становится полностью закрытой от внешних воздействий. Возгорание произошло на том участке, где строители еще не приступили к покрытию гидроизоляции. Среди возможных причин источника теплового воздействия рассматриваются окурок или искра. Мы выясняем подробности. ⠀ А теперь о главном. ⠀ Во всем мире здания, высотой будь-то 30 этажей или 130, тушатся не пожарными кранами, а современными системами пожаротушения. В Taryan Towers мы используем лучшие мировые практики. В нашем проекте предусмотрена система пожарной сигнализации и оповещения и управления эвакуацией и автоматика противопожарных систем, которые с запасом соответствуют гос. нормам и являются одними из самых передовых в нашей стране. ⠀ Согласно требованиям, в доме должно быть два специальных лифта транспортировки пожарных подразделений (ЛТПП), у нас их три в каждой секции и два дополнительных, с помощью которых спасатели могут оперативно попасть на любой этаж. В каждой секции две незадымляемые лестницы, которые на протяжении длительного периода не пропускают огонь и дым, таким образом позволяют безопасно покинуть здание. Также у нас предусмотрена спринклерная система пожаротушения во всех зонах общего пользования. На каждом этаже предусмотрены средства индивидуальной защиты и пожарные гидранты, а также сигнализация и система мгновенного оповещения. ⠀ Кто-то ищет сенсацию, но ничего страшного не произошло.
