The post you have all been waiting for .... the only thunderbox on the entire trail to Mount Allen. 3.5 🌙 s. It gets 3 moons for being the only toilet on the whole trail. Minus 1 moon for a broken lid. I couldnt decide if I should give it a 🌙 or take a way a 🌙 for its closeness to the trail. Its literally 3 ft away. If you run out of TP someone will come along and give you some ... but other people on the trail may stroll by for a show so it gets a .5 for that. Unfortunately I missed the sign on the way in and didnt even see the thunderbox on the way out since it was 10pm. Milieu en natuur De lockdown heeft het belang van veel open ruimte en natuur duidelijk gemaakt. Mensen hebben spontaan en massaal de natuur en de velden opgezocht. De gemeentelijke basisschool van Ottenburg, De Letterboom, heeft er in het voorjaar van 2020 samen met de ouders van de leerlingen voor gezorgd dat er één hectare aan openbaar groen is bijgekomen. De ouders hebben het geld ingezameld om het gebied aan te planten met (fruit)bomen en houtkanten. Door de lockdown is de aanplanting met de leerlingen niet kunnen doorgaan, maar het bos staat er ondertussen wel. Huldenberg is niet enkel een landelijke en groene gemeente maar ook amfibierijk. Dit voorjaar organiseerde Natuurpunt Druivenstreek samen met de gemeente paddenoverzetacties op verschillende locaties. In Neerijse werd de zandgroeve Ganzemans, in beheer van Natuurpunt, verder ingericht voor amfibieën en dan vooral voor de vroedmeesterpad, een zeldzame pad. Op vlak van duurzame energie willen we de nieuwe en lokale energiecoöperatie Druifkracht bedanken. Zij bouwen binnenkort enkele grotere zonnepaneelinstallaties in Huldenberg. Deze worden mee gefinancierd door inwoners die aandelen hebben gekocht van de coöperatie. Met Druifkracht zorgen inwoners zelf voor de energietransitie in eigen streek. Ook in coronatijden. Shooting on my move has been a weakness and this match really showed that. Took these too conservatively and lost a fair bit of time. Going to begin focusing a good portion of live fire practice on taking mid-distance targets on the move to get comfortable with a faster pace. 2020 @nationalrifleleague @dogvalleyprecision match sponsored by @alpha_munitions recap! Zero day: Nice and simple. Got the gun zeroed and chronoed, checked the data on the trueing bar target and away we went. Got to meet up with some old friends that I havent seen because of the rona. Day 1: Boy was I rusty. I think I shot 55% which was just awful. Made some mental errors like forgetting how many rounds I had left to shoot, putting the wrong dope into the gun on the long stage. Never good when you get a 0 on a stage. Day 2: Ok, the rust was knocked off, time to turn up the fire. Started off the day at the long bomber stage going out to 1370 yards. Only dropped 2. Then we got to go to the Adult ring toss which showed all of our squad how out of shape we all were. But seriously, bring that one back @cole_teampoi . With the rust knocked off I was back up to 75% which is where I was when we werent shut down. One the last stage of the day, lightning storm rolled in and caused a cease fire. Nothing says fun like standing out in the open with your friends commiserating in the rain, hail, and wind. Then we go through as fast as we could to go dry off. Ainda em vigamento recíproco (nexorade), agora com as conexões feitas no centro das hastes, o bambu Phillostachys aurea (cana da índia) tratado no maçarico. No caso testando fazer as conexões com junco sintético - acabou ficando mais caro, e consequentemente mais fraco porque fomos usando menos material na medida que este foi acabando, mas não é uma má ideia se fizer as conexões bem reforçadas. No entanto leva muito tempo a montagem dessa forma. In 2017, I had been diagnosed with #PudendalNeuralgia (PN). 2018-diagnosed with #Dystonia . The accident also reactivated all my pre-existing chronic illnesses ( #InterstitialCystitis #PelvicFloor Dysfunction, #Dyspareunia & #IBS ). Along the way, I also developed #PTSD, #Anxiety & #Depression . Protocols to manage the PN & Dystonia haven’t worked very well. In 2020 I had a hysterectomy & triple prolapse repair. They found #Adenomyosis on my uterus. My body is straighter now but I STILL have pelvic pain, body spasms, sleep deprivation, urinary & bowel issues. Here’s a list of therapies I’ve tried so far: acupuncture, physical therapy (4x’s) pelvic floor therapy (4x’s) chiropractic therapy, ART therapy, massage therapy, muscle relaxants, antispasmodics, pain medications (oral, topical, vaginal, rectal), sleeping pills, opioids, antidepressants, CBD oil, medical marijuana, herbal medicine, TENS units, biofeedback, alternative medicine, InterStim battery replacement, Botox & stem cell injections, nerve block injections, radio frequency ablation, cortisone injections, InterStim removal, hysterectomy, triple prolapse repair, counseling & various diets. I recently had 2 MRIs which confirmed that I have a rare disease called #TarlovCystDisease. My goal is to help raise awareness for various chronic illnesses & patient rights. Currently some objects are on show at following exhibitions: “Time matters” @cube_design_museum , NL / “Kleureyck” @designmuseumgent , BE / “Design by time” @ncstategreggmuseum , USA ‘The idea of a tree’ is an solar-powered autonomous production process which produces one object per day from sunrise to sunset. Driven solely by solar energy, it translates the intensity of the sun through a mechanical apparatus into an object. The final outcome reflects the various sunshine conditions that occurred during the day of production on the place where the machine is producing. Like a tree the object becomes a three dimensional recording of its process and time of creation. The machine slowly grows the object, by pulling threads through a colouring device, a glue basin and finally winding them around a mould. The length/height of the resulting object depends on the sun hours of the day.
