If you grew up in an environment where only the “wrong” and “bad” was pointed out, this may be a big challenge for you. Пост о любви к себе. Любить себя(в моем понимании) — это принимать себя такими, немного с прыщами, асимметрией, вторым подбородком и лишними сантиметрами в теле. Но любить себя не значит запускать себя. Ваше тело — ваш храм. В вашем теле ваша душа. Последние 6 месяцев у меня проблемы с весом и перееданием. Метаболизм работает иначе и со стрессом я не могу себя контролировать. И сколько бы мне не говорили, что мне хорошо, что я хороша, что этот «лишний» вес незаметен, мне тяжело это понимать когда всю жизнь мой вес был изначально 44 кг, позже я привыкла к 50, но не более. И этот «лишний» вес виден в моих милых для кого-то щеках. Но работая на съемках моделью — эти «милые щечки» превращаются «Инна, тебе нужно скинуть вес, он заметен на лице». И комплексы есть у всех, у меня, даже у вашей любимой блогерши, или обычной 14 летней девчонки, как минимум, раз в месяц появляются у всех без исключения. Однако я стараюсь любить себя в своём теле, но считаю что улучшать своё тело и укреплять здоровье своего тела не является осквернением прав девушек, которые считают что бодипозитив это круто. Но в весе 300 кг ты умрешь быстрее нежели осознаешь, что ты красива. Принимайте себя и будьте лучшей версией себя. For those that are new here or didn’t see our stories, I had a Grand Mal seizure and had to be rushed to the hospital about two weeks ago. Since that moment, it has been a huge life adjustment. Sad, exhausting, followed by a lot of continuing sickness. Seizures are incredibly disruptive to your body so it has taken time to heal and understand everything. Unfortunately this business revolves around my epilepsy and for that, I am incredibly sorry to all you. It is why I work so hard when I am healthy, so you guys can be as full of fantasy feelings for as long as possible. In a way, you all and Fantasy Feelings is the only thing that kept me hopeful and something to look forward to. I am back to work SLOWLY because I have a couple ideas for you guys.
