SOLD OUT - Chef Chris is kicking off a new Zoom cooking class series where he cooks through some of his favorite cookbooks with you! First up: Chrissy Teigens Cravings. I had the pleasure of cooking for Chrissy and John at Underbelly, said Chris, and she was so engaged as a diner. She came up to the pass, chatted with us and was just so gracious. Years later, we cooked at the same event, and she had the same infectious love for food and cooking. And that love shows in every recipe in this book. Chris has chosen the following recipes for this class: •The Dump and Done Ramen Salad •Shrimp Summer Rolls •Thai Beef Salad •Roast chicken and vegetables Saturday, September 12, 630pm $150 per couple (includes a copy of Cravings) Participants will pick up all ingredients and their copy of Cravings at 1100 Westheimer on September 11 between noon and 5pm. $20 from each ticket sold will be donated to Southern Smoke to provide financial assistance to food and beverage industry workers in crisis.
