The slightest variation can completely change the emotion of a pose. (Look at the difference between the two photos) That’s why body awareness is, in my opinion, the most important aspect of posing. Many only practice their posing in a mirror, which is ok, but there are no mirrors on stage. You will also find that the position of the judges/camera will never be the same. Which means you have to account for these variations ON THE SPOT. No mirror. You can only FEEL it. Make the shift and start taking your posing as seriously as you do your workouts. Hitting poses once a day with training wheels isn’t enough to achieve this level of body awareness. You have to fine tune each individual position to fit your body. One thing I’ve noticed lately is the lack of passion a lot of people have in this sport. Whether they’re athletes or coaches, they’re either in it for the fame or because they thought it was going to be easy. I’m not going to lie, I’ve had my moments throughout my journey of whether I believed this was for me or not. But it was more so doubts of whether I’m cut out for it or not and whether I can realistically get to the top of the sport where I want to be. I’ve renewed my absolute love and adoration for this sport and everything bodybuilding related. I know that this is where I belong and I know this is where my passion is always going to be. Not just as an athlete, but as a coach and eventual ambassador for the sport. Pre Lockdown vs Post Lockdown. 220lbs in both photos. A young child looking version of myself on the left... Huge differences between the two photos, particularly in the maturity of the muscle and the overall shape of my frame. Much leaner and far fuller on the right too. Having such a tall frame creates a large area to fill and over time i am beginning to fill the gaps. Visually you can see differences in the arms, delts and density across the upper line - all areas i’ve been trying to bring up. Between photos i pushed BW to an all time high of 228lbs, spent 6 weeks dieting down to 207lbs and since have pushed back up to 220lbs. Also worth noting the bulk of all this was done training at home. Happy with the changes in this small period of time. 3 WEEK TRANSFORMATION! As some of you know I decided to do a quick little body re-comp which focused on burning fat and gaining a little muscle. I really just wanted to reset my metabolism and get my hormones/gut health in check so that I can have a much more beneficial offseason period. I decided to add in minimal cardio, eat cleaner (no snacks), and just focus on being more mindful with my regimen. It worked out that I was able to book a photoshoot in that time but all I needed was a couple weeks and to be honest, had I taken it more serious, I could have seen a lot more change. But that wasn’t the point. I simply just wanted a quick re-comp to put me in a better position to build. Covid really hit me hard in the sense that I lost motivation and my confidence about myself as a bodybuilder so I really wanted to do this to get my love for the sport back and just after these 3 weeks I don’t think I’ve ever loved the sport more. I am so excited about this upcoming year and my motivation is sky high again. As you can see, we are all capable of literally anything. The body CAN be so easy to change if you know what you’re doing and if you’re not just regimented, but you’re bodybuilding with INTENT! Next goal - get the necessary size on needed to win a show in classic. I understand my weaknesses and I’m not delusional. I was a top amateur and that’s not all I ever want to be. I’m not where I need to be if I want to be a top pro and it’s time that I start working toward that goal now. Összeadod és már csak annyi a dolgod, hogy ne egyél többet. Ne sokkal maradj alatta, hiszen az autód sem megy üzemanyag nélkül. Pl: egy átlagos nő bmrje 1500kcal erre jön egy 500 kcal-ás kardiózás vagy esetleg súlyzós edzés, akkor nyugodtan megehetsz 1900kcal-át és mégis fogyni fogsz. De ha 1000kcal alatt maradsz mert a Nőklapjában ezt olvastad a 3 hetes csodadiéták rovatban akkor ügyesen megtanítod a testednek hogy koplaljon és ragaszkodjon minden egyes zsírpárnádhoz, mert mi lesz ha így folytatod és neki ehhez bizony raktároznia kell. Oda akartam kilyukadni, hogy annyit tankolj amennyire szükséged lesz. Alapvetően délelőtt, éhgyomorra szoktam végezni a fizikai aktivitást akkor ha leadni szeretnék magamról, de kivételt képeznek azok a napok amikor súlyzós edzésem van. Ilyenkor eszem több szénhidrátot az első étkezésemnél, jellemzően gyümölcsöt. 40-40-20% a makrók alakulása súlyzózáskor, itt a zsír a 20%. И так,друзья,отчёт на 10.09. Вес по прежнему стоит в отметке 100кг,но качество становится лучше. Тренер @glute_coach снизил мое БЖУ и теперь оно выглядит так:250/80/250, в целях снижения веса,а это -11кг,КАРЛ!!!😈 По сплиту всё остаётся как и было,только в ср добавлено 40-60мин кардио. Форма заметно улучшается,но вместе с ней на весах должно быть 88-89кг. Такая практика у меня была и я надеюсь повторить её,так как в таком весе форма должна быть просто атомной😌 Ну и конечно же беспокоит факт карантина,о котором ты думаешь каждый день. Смогу ли полететь или всё закроют в последний момент. Буду надеятся на лучшее☺️ По спортивному питанию всё так и осталось,кроме протеина,его тоже решили убрать,чтобы посмотреть динамику в весе. Пока вот такие новости о моей подготовке. Цель стоит как всегда высокая и цена победа очень дорога. Спасибо всем за поддержку! The show may be off but the attention to detail still continues. Was on approx 1500 cals 4 weeks out from my show. Zero carbs. Now with the show getting postponed @davidfox402 and I have acted quickly and readjusted the protocol until a date is announced. 100g carbs for 3 days 200g carbs for 4 days 300g carbs onwards 2h cardio reduced to 45mins Keeping everything lean and keep chipping away at the stubborn fat. The world may nearly be in total lock down but thats no excuse just to eat everything. I will train and be creative with home workouts if needs be when my gyms close.
