Cedida por el Institut destudis Eivissencs) Ingredientes: 6 pimientos rojos (mejor de la variedad blanca ibicenca o citró de torrar) Medio kg de harina de trigo Una tacita de aceite de oliva Unas olivas negras Ajo y perejil Opcional: unas rodajas de pez de temporada. Se asan media docena de pimientos rojos. Se pelan, se limpian de semillas y se cortan a tiras. Con medio kilo de harina, una tacita de aceite, el agua necesaria y un poquito de sal, se hace una pasta un poco dura y se extiende en el molde. Se sitúan encima las tiras de las los pimientos asados, entre las cuales se pueden posar algunas rodajas de pescado, previamente sofreídas, y unas olivas negras; se cubre todo con una picada abundante de ajos y perejil.
