Два года назад была в школе Сервиса у Насти Владычинской. Наткнулась на свои заметки, очень интересно и как всегда актуально для многих украинских компаний, так что сохраняйте❤️ В Украине мало сервисных компаний, потому что в основном мы сталкиваемся с низким уровнем или отсутствием бизнес-мышления, развитием асоциальных трендов - теряем навыки коммуницировать, не знаем как должно быть -не имеем примеров, имеем советское наследие, окружены и живем в неблагоприятной культурной среде, и сами часто являемся анти-сервисными руководителями. Важно определиться какой компаний вы хотите быть: настоящей сервисной или иметь сервисную составляющую. Это 2 кардинально разных подхода. Чтобы стать сервисной компанией мирового уровня нужно иметь 2 четко отлаженных процесса: подбор и обучение. Сервисные навыки - это способность человека превышать ожидания клиента, не обращая внимания на обстоятельства. Высший пилотаж - это вести себя одинаково в сервисе, независимо ни от чего. В итоге, правильный сервис делает цену неуместной. Очень понравился кейс с американской ветеринарной клиникой, где владельцы несколько раз меняли стратегию в отношении сервиса и в итоге пришли к ряду существенных изменений и внедрению активностей, направленных на лояльность и клиентский опыт покупателя. Торкнула их идея, что когда у клиента есть необходимость усыпить домашнего питомца, например, собаку, с клиентами, в том числе, общается психолог. А перед тем как собаку усыпить, делают отпечаток лапки на гипсе, который потом передают клиенту на память. Очень трогательно. Также откликнулась фраза: “When you become too big to serve, you become to small to lead”- Великие лидеры служат людям и они сосредоточены на других. Лидеры постоянно пытаются помочь выиграть другим людям и организациям. На самом деле, когда они делают это, они и сами выигрывают. Самые лучшие лидеры не стремятся при этом получить что-то взамен В первую очередь думать как сделать своему (текущему) клиенту хорошо. Клиентский опыт может быть как вашим худшим, так и лучшим маркетингом. 𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐀𝐑𝐄 𝐉𝐔𝐒𝐓 𝐍𝐎𝐓 𝐏𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓 When I started this fitness and nutrition thing, I realized fairly quickly that it was a lot harder than I anticipated — in fact, it felt nearly impossible  A few reasons ❌I was uneducated  ❌I lacked commitment and did not understand the word “consistency”  ❌I didn’t prioritize it  ❌I didn’t make it a habit What ended up happening was that in this area of my life I found myself not advancing one bit or getting slightly worse in it, yet not bad enough to make me want to take a massive turn Until at one point I started doing one thing consistently — waking up early to workout 4-5 days a week.  At first, we are conditioned to expect this massive outcome quickly. When we don’t see it that small change vanishes and it’s easy to fall back to what we knew was easier at the beginning — sleeping in —  But if you become part of that small percentage of people that says F*ck it, I am going to keep on going and see what happens, then the magic happens.  𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗣𝗢𝗪𝗘𝗥 𝗢𝗙 𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗬 𝗚𝗔𝗜𝗡𝗦 𝗮𝘀 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗝𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝟭% 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗮 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗮 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲. Ocrevus⁣ •⁣ I remember someone telling me that your first relapse is equally hard to your initial diagnosis. “Ok Debbie Downer”, I thought... until that dreaded day in March 2020 when they found that first new lesion since diagnosis. F@ck! BUT I DID EVERYTHING RIGHT. MS you play dirty. ⁣ •⁣ We made a plan for a new drug that had lots of promising results (#ocrevus)... but COVID. Taking out my B cells while a new coronavirus was circulating the area was not in the cards for me so I started on an bridge drug (#tecfidera).⁣ •⁣ Unfortunately the bridge drug did not agree with me. Week by week I felt more and more ill. It got to a point that that I could not function normal anymore. 12 vails of blood later and the results were in: my lymphocytes were down in the 200s and my liver enzymes were in overdrive. I was pissed and angry and frustrated. “Your body needs a break”... Scary yet glorious words. But we needed a long term plan of action...⁣ •⁣ After much discussion with my neurologist, he believed that getting control of my disease was the priority and that with the correct measures in place we could make this work...⁣ •⁣ So here we are, exactly 6 months since the discovery of that new lesion, a new beginning in my MS journey. I was scared to walk onto that onology floor for my treatment. I was worried about the unknown. Today is bitter sweet as it marks the closing day of Emerging North at the Yukon Arts Centre in Whitehorse, Yukon. Emerging North is the first major art exhibition I have ever curated and I loved every minute of it! ❤️❤️ I had the great pleasure of curating eight incredible Indigenous artists: Violet Gatensby, Krystle Coughlin Silverfox, Jeneen Frei Njootli, Kaylyn Baker, Cole Pauls, Blake Lepine, Benjamin Gribben, and Heather Von Steinhagen. The exhibition was only meant to be up for three months with its opening reception corresponding with the opening of the Arctic Winter Games. But we all know that that didnt happen! Instead, the Yukon Arts Centre jumped on the chance to do a virtual tour of the exhibition as soon as they knew their doors would be temporarily closed. The exhibition was up for a total of SIX months, one of the longest running shows at YAC and was featured in the Field Trip Art Across Canada Series. 😁 YAC was also able to organize a fantastic virtual artist talk! This exhibition will forever be a milestone for me and Im very grateful for the artists and the Yukon Arts Centre for this wonderful opportunity! #emergingnorth Todays artwork highlights are Ets’edegél’ (Spear Game) (2020) by Krystle Coughlin Silverfox and Diving Shark (2011) by Benjamin Gribben.
