Il ristorante si trova nella splendida cornice di Alba; la sala dove siamo stati ospitati per la cena è piccola e intima di stile moderno, le pareti sono adornate con quadri e opere d’arte, la mise en place minimal concorde con il resto della sala. • Menù: 8/10. Questo menù degustazione è un viaggio alla scoperta dei tipici gusti piemontesi, partendo dagli amuse bouche che ricordavano i tipici antipasti della tradizione fino ad arrivare al dessert con la classica panna cotta.
