Merhabalar 🦁 taşınma, ev toplama falan derken pek çekim yapamıyorum geçmiş bir fotoğrafımla, paylaşacağım deyip unuttum kiş reçetesini paylaşmanın tam vakti. 🍽 . . 🌻Hamur için; -260 gr.un (12 tepeleme+1 silme yemek kaşığı) -120 gr. Tereyağı (9 yk.) -1 tutam tuz -2 yumurta 🌻İç Harcı için: -5 orta boy soğan -Çeyrek demet ıspanak (ben donmuş kullandım) -Eski kaşar -3 yumurta -1,5 pkt. Krema -tuz -muskat 🌻Yapılışı: -Un, tuz ve tereyağını mutfak robotunda kum gibi olana kadar çekin. 2 yumurtayı ekleyin ve çalıştırın. Bir süre sonra hamur toparlanacak. Streç filme sarın ve buzdolabında en az 3 saat dinlendirin. -Soğanları jülyen doğrayın ve karamelize edin. Ben kalın tabanlı çelik tencerede ocağın en kısık ateşinde 1-1.5 saat gibi bir sürede yaptım. İçine şeker sirke vs eklemedim soğanın kendi şekeri ile karamelize oldu. Ama zamanınız yoksa, soğanları 3-4 dk. kavurun üzerine biraz şeker ve sirke ekleyip orta yüksek ateşte pişirin, soğanlar renk değiştirince olmuştur. -Hazır olan soğanları bir tabağa alalım ve tavanın içine çok küçültmeden doğradığımız ıspanakları ekleyelim. Yaklaşık 5 dakikada hazır olacaktır. -Fırını 200° fanlı ayarda çalıştırın. Dinlenen hamuru tezgaha azıcık un serperek ve altının yapışmaması için kontrol ederek açın. Ben 28 cmlik tart kalıbında yaptım. Hamuru dikkatlice kalıba yerleştirdim. Üzerine kabarmaması için çatalla delikler açtım. Üzerine yağlı kağıt yerleştirip ağırlık yapması için bakliyat koydum. Fırında 20 dk. Pişirdim. -Fırından çıkan hamurun ilk sıcağı geçtikten sonra tabana karamelize soğanları gelişigüzel yerleştirdim, aralarına ıspanakları da koyup üzerine eski kaşar rendesini ekledim. -Ayrı bir kasede krema, yumurta, tuz ve muskatı rendeleyip çırptım ve bu karışımı içine döktüm. Kenara biraz karamelize soğan ve ıspanak ayırmıştım onları da üzerine ekledim görseli güzel olsun diye. -180° 30 dakikada karamelize soğanlı ıspanaklı kiş hazır oldu.( kontrollü pişirin her fırının ayarı neticede farklı olabiliyor) - @laorion on Instagram
Сегодня без лишних предисловий и длинных речей, просто будет этот Баунти с рецептом .🥥 Для шоколадного коржа: 200 г сливочного масла,180 г сахара ,3 яйца,130 г муки, 40 г какао, 0,5 ч ложки соды,щепотка соли. Подготовить форму и разогреть духовку до 170-180*С. Растопить и остудить масло.Отдельно взбить яйца с сахаром до пышной массы. В остывшее масло просеять муку, какао, соду и соль.Хорошо перемешать , добавить взбитые яйца с сахаром , долго не вымешивать.Выпекать минут 40-60, ориентируйтесь на свою духовку. Готовность проверить на сухую шпажку. Кокосовая прослойка: 250 мл молока, 150 г кокосовой стружки,100 г сливочного масла ,120 г сахара, 40г белого шоколада . Смешать в сотейнике масло, молоко и сахар , поставить на огонь и довести до кипения . Добавить стружку , убавить огонь и прогреть две минуты переодически помешивая .В конце добавить белый шоколад и хорошо всё перемешать, чтоб шоколад растопился. Готовый корж делим пополам , готовим раздвижное кольцо, выкладываем по бортику ацетатной плёнкой или пергаментной бумагой . Сначала первый корж, пропитываем любым сиропом , потом выкладываем кокосовую начинку, немного утрамбовываем , сверху закрываем вторым коржом, так же пропитываем сиропом.Ставим под небольшой гнёт и оставляем в холодильнике на 2-3 часа. Вы можете покрыть торт просто шоколадной глазурью, где 150 г тёмного шоколада и 100 г сливочного масла. Можно сделать ганаш где только сливки и шоколад , я всегда делаю ганаш для покрытия и выравнивания . Для этого понадобится : 185 г тёмного 70% шоколада , 110 г сливок 33% жирности, 105 г мягкого сливочного масла,20 г мёда .Шоколад растопить на паровой бане и импульсами в микроволновой печи, добавить мёд, перемешать, масса немного загустеет, это нормально .Отдельно нагреть сливки , но не кипятить, ввести в шоколад и хорошо всё соединить . Остудить массу до комнатной температуры , подмешать мягкое сливочное масло. Хорошо вымешать до однородности и убрать в холодильник . Переодически доставать и перемешивать. Как масса начнёт густеть , освободить торт от гнета, убрать ацетатную пленку и нанести шоколадный ганаш .Оставить торт в холодильнике ещё на часа 3-4, можно на ночь. - @svet.morozova on Instagram

Day two of the brown/beige food challenge with @silvia_salvialimone (I tried to post yesterday but there was a glitch so I’m trying again today) The task for yesterday was to add a pop of colour or contrast to make the brown or beige food pop, this cake could also work for today’s theme of textures. I went to see silvia yesterday and we decorated this beige chai spice cake. for some reason it doesn’t look as beige for me as it did for silvia in her photo, go check it out. we added the pressed edible flowers but kept it to one tone. I had pressed them after picking them from my garden over the last few weeks inspired by @blushingcook beautiful cakes. The pop of colour brings the cake to life. This technique of adding a contrasting or brighter colour works the same with other brown/ beige food. So if you are styling a soup or stew, adding herbs, a splash of cream or grated cheese and even seasoning can make a big difference. Cakes are quite easy to make look better with decorations but I know a lot of you wanted more help with styling savoury dishes that are a lot harder, so this trick of adding layers of interest or colour can help lift it. When I style a soup or stew I build the bowl up with layers and add something that contrasts to the colour of the soup. So for example if I was styling a brown/beige bowl of soup I would add a drizzle of cream, maybe a splash of olive oil, some seasoning, green herbs, maybe a few seeds or some croutons or bread adding layers and contrasting colour. The same techniques can be used in any situation to lift a dish. Flaked salt and freshly cracked black pepper show up really well in photos and are another way to add a layer on top of savoury dishes. l will add some more tips and examples of soups and stews in my stories, see Silvias stories for tips too. This was a pretty messy-looking nectarine/plum galette I made last weekend for myself. I didn’t want the entire summer to go by without having done any baking with berries or stone fruit, but this turned into a moment of baking as a form of destress therapy. so I found myself cobbling this together and turning my oven on to 400 degrees on a smoky afternoon. The edges sure didn’t turn out as nice looking as I’d hoped, but the texture was spot on and the fruit really shined here. I’ve been on a bit of an instagram hiatus for a minute now. There’s been some real changes in my life recently so Instagram took a back seat in priorities. Things are a bit calmer now so I’m looking forward to connecting with others over the love of food here again. APPLE WEEK✨ hi friends! @cassiearnoldart here, and like most people, I’ve been venturing into homeschooling for the very first time. I may be an art teacher by trade, but homeschooling seemed so foreign to me in the beginning! After doing some research I found that Montessori learning and revolving our weeks around themes was the best fit for me and my 4 (almost 5) year old. Questa focaccia allo yogurt e rosmarino è pronta per essere infornata e promette benissimo 😋 🍴 Al posto del normale lievito ❌ @gliesperimentidimarygrace ha scelto il #MaltoTostatoAttivo Ruggeri con potere lievitante 🙌 . Ricettina qui ⬇️ . Ingredienti 🥣 (stampo diametro cm 24) - 200 g Farina di Antico Grano Khorasan Bio Ruggeri - 20 g di Malto Tostato Attivo #Ruggeri - 75 g di yogurt bianco a temperatura ambiente - 100 ml acqua tiepida - 1 cucchiaio olio extravergine doliva - sale . Procedimento 🥮 Introdurre la farina setacciata e miscelata con il Malto Tostato Attivo nella ciotola della planetaria, unire lo yogurt, lacqua, lolio extravergine doliva ed il sale. Impastare fino ad ottenere un composto liscio ed omogeneo. Trasferirlo in una ciotola leggermente unta, coprire con un canovaccio e lasciare riposare nel forno spento per circa due ore. Terminato il tempo di riposo, appoggiare limpasto sul piano di lavoro, effettuare le classiche pieghe per rinforzarlo e trasferirlo su una teglia tonda precedentemente unta, allargandolo con le mani verso il bordo. Lasciar lievitare ancora 45 minuti. Distribuire sulla superficie della focaccia olio extravergine di oliva, qualche granello di sale grosso e, a piacere, qualche ago di rosmarino fresco. This week has been full of joyous baking and positive and exciting life changes. Im so excited that I was able to make cakes for a few people this week, even though it was technically an off week for baking. I was happy to make these cakes. For some beautiful reason I felt really at ease, not pressured or rushed. It was, graceful even. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This is cake babe is so exciting! I winged the look totally because I decided I wanted to make a terrazzo inspired cake. This decadent chocolate sponge is filled with gorgeous salted caramel and iced with the best vanilla bean Italian meringue buttercream. Should I stay or should I go?! 🤔🤔🤔 • This question has weighed so much on my heart this past week. After watching a documentary about Social Media, I dont know what the right answer is anymore. Once a place I found joy being in, doesnt feel that way anymore.. It feels incredibly polarized, hateful, it feels less like a community these days. • So what that means is in the future my profile will most likely be switched back to a private account. I will most likely bombard your feed 2 times a week with a bunch of posts because I STILL love photography. I will only be checking IG once a day, so if you DM and dont get a response that is why. Im thinking I may turn off comments so I dont feel bad when I dont have the time to respond back. • In my heart I want to find a balance. A balance of sharing my passion, my love for small shops, while also being present for my family, setting the example of screentime restrictions for my babes. Because more is caught than taught. Sometimes the smallest details make for the best images. While photographing at the @lizzyography workshop, we were taking some photos of this gorgeous little girl, in a gorgeous dress, with gorgeous light. It wasn’t until Liz picked some of her tomatoes and piled them in the sweet little girls tiny hands, that the scene was taken to the next level. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Could I have gotten away with not adding tomatoes? autumn potato stamp forest! 🌳🍂🍃🍂🌳hi guys, @hellokristendickson here today, can you believe we’ve never done potato stamps before? they are so easy to make and SO rewarding. we made several shapes using cookie cutters and a knife, and I made this tree design with an x-acto knife (could also use a pumpkin carving tool). make sure you wipe off the potato with a paper towel before using it, and I found that washable acrylic paint worked best. we plan to use these as math manipulatives but you could also make these into garlands, wands, or crowns! if you adjust the design a bit they could easily be leaves. Today for Pi Day I only baked one pie, and only got decent pics of the top crust, which I blind baked. This baby topped off a strawberry pie that I shared with my coworkers today. It was the first time I tried blind baking a top crust - it didn’t come out the way I hoped but it tasted wonderful, so 🤷♀️ I guess I can’t complain! Playing with my food🍂 I’m finally almost through all the apples I harvested a few weeks back. And between the apple butter, sauce, crumbles, and these little hand pies, you’d think I’d be ready to move onto a new flavour... but I don’t tire of anything “Apple”, especially in the fall. These little guys took about as much time as you’d probably expect. But after a crazy couple of weeks, I can think of nothing more therapeutic than to zone in on tiny lattice and leaves, and to fill the house with cinnamon apple spice🤍 I did, however, burn myself with some hot caramel, in the process of making these. If you’ve made caramel before, I’m sure you can imagine the very immediate pain that ensued😣 But that’s a price I’m willing to pay for these adorable (and delicious) little pastries🍏✨ It’s Wednesday, and this month’s On Our Creative Table theme is “Harvest”! Come qualcuno già ha visto dal reel di ieri, ecco pronta la mia crostata autunnale. La giornata oggi è più fresca e un po di pioggia non mi dispiace. Intanto accendere il forno è più piacevole. La mia frolla allolio non mi delude mai, è sempre molto facile da lavorare e in più è con pochi grassi, quindi mangerò la crostata senza sensi di colpa. 🍂 🍂 Ricetta della pasta frolla allolio ( la trovate anche nellhighlights) Ingredienti 300 gr farina 100 gr zucchero 80 ml olio di semi 1 uovo intero + 1 tuorlo 1 cucchiaino lievito per dolci 1 pz sale q.b. buccia di limone grattugiata . . In una ciotola mescolare con una forchetta le uova con lo zucchero e lolio. Amalgamare bene quindi aggiungere la farina e il resto degli ingredienti. Non necessita di riposo. Per le foglie al cioccolato ho prelevato un po di impasto e ho aggiunto un cucchiaino di cacao amaro in polvere.
