- [COMP] Vrksasana progress. 3-4 months ago i started a daily practice (5+ years on & off experience before that). I was uncomfortable with my foot to thigh and was constantly finding my foot slide down to the knee - so I practiced just on calf until one day, it clicked! Yoga is the best ❤️🌳
