We got this beast setup with @wagnertuning Intercooler, @spdperformance Turbo Adapters, and a custom 93 octane tune from yours truly Brew City Boost LLC. Bonjour à tous, Le week-end dernier, j’étais à Hockenheim pour mon premier week-end de F3 Eurocup. Le week-end c’est passé principalement sous la pluie. J’ai pu me classer deux fois 8ème pour les qualifications. Course 1 j’ai réussi un bon départ et ensuite la voiture me permettait d’avoir un bon rythme en course. Elle me permettait aussi de rouler en attaquant ce qui m’a permis d’aller chercher la 5ème place. Ensuite la course 2, le départ était aussi bien et le début de course également. Je peux remonter jusqu’à la 5ème place aussi, mais la piste était très humide, je me suis fait surprendre et la voiture est partie en tête à queue. Je me suis retrouvé au fond du peloton, mais j’ai tout donné pour terminer à la 12ème place. Cette 5ème place me réjouis vraiment pour mon premier week-end en F3 Eurocup. En plus j’ai pu me qualifier deux fois dans le top 10. Maintenant je me prépare pour mon prochain week-end de course qui se déroulera les 25 et 26 Octobre, sur le circuit Yas Marina à Abu Dhabi. I realized after the first couple weeks that it was very easy to get in a rut feeling like I hadn’t gotten anywhere or that I wasn’t learning anything. So, I began tracking all of my milestones. I made a spreadsheet in Notion and went to work. I now write down all of my goals and then follow up by recording the dates at which I complete them. After doing this for just a few days I have become much more confident in my abilities and progress. A lot of times we can lose perception of how far we’ve come in such a short period of time... I know it can get especially difficult when you start comparing yourself to others and wondering why you’re not where they are right now. By tracking your own milestones you’ll be able to stay on your own course and see all the things you’ve accomplish. Don’t try and mold into someone else’s present self, write down your goals and then remind yourself of them everyday. When you complete that goal you get the satisfaction of checking it off and then making a new one. It’s a never ending cycle that I hope will help you as much as it has helped me! It feels really good to be able to look at all you’ve accomplished every morning before jumping into your work. Do you track your milestone?? Overall 30 for 30 Program This week the 30 mins exercise for 6 weeks draws to a close. Congratulations on your over 800 activities have been logged which recording over 600 hours of activities which included quite a few less mainstream ones such as playing with the kids, yoga, fitness video and elliptical bike as well as the more usual ones such as run, walk, bike ride, kick the footy and basketball. Well done to the students and staff who have topped the leaderboards – Ms Anderson was the overall leader with over 2000 mins of activity. The leading student was R Commins with just on 1500 minutes, Bellermine was the leading house with over 4,500 minutes and Mr Brysa had the leading tutor group with 3,500 mins. Thanks to everyone who has participated, it’s awesome to see students and staff moving and enjoying the benefits of exercise such as mental wellness and increased fitness levels. The Sports department hope that you all continue to exercise in many different forms and look forward to seeing you all back on the track in the not too distant future. Sistemi VAR në Shqipëri/ Nis prezantimi i teknologjisë për arbitra e asistentë Është zhvilluar seminari i parë për sistemin VAR (Video Assistant Referee), i cili është planifikuar të implementohet në kampionatin e Kategorisë Superiore duke filluar nga sezoni 2021-2022. Në këtë aktivitet, që u zhvillua në datat 22-23 shtator 2020 në ambientet e Shtëpisë së Futbollit, ishin pjesëmarrës arbitrat dhe asistentët e Kategorisë Superiore, të cilët do të jenë në rolin e VAR-it (arbitrat) dhe AVAR-it (asistentët). Lektorët e këtij seminari ishin Aleksandër Papin, përfaqësues i kompanisë EVS që do të bëjë të mundur implementin e sistemit dhe Mike Van Der Roest, udhëheqës i projektit VAR në FIFA, i cili për arsye të situatës së pandemisë nuk mundi të ishte i pranishëm fizikisht, por leksionin e tij e perzantoi përmes video-konferencës. Në ditën e parë objekti i seminarit ishte prezantimi për arbitrat i teknologjisë, që është diçka e re për pjesëmarrësit dhe kërkon njohuri në përdorimin e saj. Në ditën e dytë, instruktori i FIFA-s shpjegoi të gjithë protokollin e sistemit VAR në vendimmarrjet në fushë, gjë të cilën e bëri më të kuptueshme me atë të situatave reale gjatë ndeshjeve të kompeticioneve të FIFA-s, por edhe me anë të pyetësorëve të ndryshëm, përmbajtja e të cilëve ishte e shprehur qartë në protokollin e sistemit VAR, tashmë i përfshirë zyrtarisht në Rregulloren e Lojës. Pas përfundimit të protokolllit të VAR-it arbitrat/asistentët filluan praktikën përballë pajisjes së VAR simulatorit, duke bërë të mundur marrjen e njohurive të para rreth funksionimit dhe vendimarrjes me anë të teknologjisë. Ky trajnim do të pasohet nga shumë të tjerë deri në momentin e certifikimit të personave, të cilët do të bëjnë të mundur përdorimin e këtij sistemi në edicionin 2021 – 2022.
