We have an injury problem with goalies. Too many careers are being ended early/never reaching potential because of this. For a position that physically demands the body to be able to constantly absorb over 2 xs the goalies bodyweight, most never train to meet those demands. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ *⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ While the position will always be demanding on the hips and knees, I believe we can greatly reduce the over 30% chance of a low body injury.
