Teamwork makes the dream work, though these past 7 months are far from the dream we had in mind. Wed like to give a shout-out to our food vendors (cooking all the goodies) who have helped us keep pints flowing at the @roundaboutpopup and a few odd Sundays at the brewery location. . . Most food trucks schedule well in advance for the upcoming year. Many of our fellow small business owners in the food truck industry lost scheduled 2020 dates for festivals, weddings, birthdays, and more. The trucks that could continue to vend with us worked with our shortened hours (to go can sales only) and then all moved down to the pop up location when we were able to serve pints again. . Though some people have grumbled about the state/county mandatory meal requirement for pint sales, many see it as a chance to support two small business owners at once. Win-win. .
