So I did a thing today!! Over the past 6-7 years I had kinda given up on getting a new glass eye. I was content with just wearing a patch for good. Well today I went to see my eye surgeon to get something done!! It was a dream of my dads that he would see one again. Although he won’t get to see it, I can at least honor his dream!! Also the encouragement from some friends and family helped. So now I go for an MRI, and in 8 weeks I go back to find out what kind of surgery I will have.
