Not surprised to see all those years of helping his aunt at her banh mi shop in Little Saigon pay off during round two but I was most impressed with his Thai rolled ice cream skills while also frying up funnel cake during the final dessert round! Not gonna lie, I wouldn’t dare put most of my clients on Chopped, but I just had a gut feeling Paul was up for it. If you can tough it out for a grueling, high-stress competition in front of 1 million households across the country and then whip out the most uncanny Hulk Smash pose at the end ...
