Poetry under the streetlight // I joked when he told me that breaking hearts dont make noises, I wanted silence. Made a funny sound to haunt the oblivion which made me fear the sad side of poems. I see the 𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐥𝐲- l̶o̶n̶e̶l̶y̶ -̶l̶o̶n̶e̶l̶y̶ me, trying to hold on something extremely reliable and real because Ill be carried away by the wind, Ill fade. I cant fucking sleep after midnight and fidget restlessly on my bed. Sometimes anxiety causes butterflies in my stomach and gives me vomiting stomach aches I shout loud cries. My mother comes rushing into my room and I tell her that I had a bloody nightmare. I see concerned caring confidence break inside her moist eyes. She caress and kisses me until I again fall asleep. My hands shake without any reason but no poem was ever written without picking up the pen and pain. I try to rhyme but I often I dont ( the reason behind this is to turn the reality into a poem and make it look enchanting or else the real aches arrows and it hurts all the more. Of what we fear the biggest is THE REAL ). When pain makes me feel alive I feel like dying. Dont you still get it ? Both death and life attack on your story. Life breathing death and death beating life ! Maybe this is what happens when thunder meets a storm. Even after good sleep of 12 hours at a stretch I woke up dark and heavy. I would like to sleep more but now my eyes arent cooperating. Maybe I didnt sleep well. Again the poem is at stake : Why dont the real writers cover it up in a monostich ? Is it so hard for them as well ? I was the one longing for silence since I started this and then I cheated with every distraction to discuss about me. 𝐇𝐎𝐖 𝐒𝐓-𝐎-𝐎-𝐏𝐈𝐃 𝐎𝐅 𝐌𝐄. Announcing new winds // and I guess that year autumn engaged with February after visiting the nine realms from the Norse Cosmology. Living each dimensions, the midgards ; a new excuse would be born. For when Id say again TIME HAPPENED, he would piss like OUT OF DATE. Art dripped down my collar bone when my eyes met his and I wondered how would it be like to fall in love with a boy whose brown eyes propose owning to every essence of the season. Warmth of blush pinks the face of initials not willing to slip at each other with a smile, you see more blood in your hands than the lip bites you suppress to control your smile. And then just like that he turns away. Thats it ! .... I remember this today for my protocol entry. What say Ive a good defence for the coming autumn ? Initially a new piece of time has occurred between us but see this, two years appears like yesterday and folding ball inked papers into my chest pocket and the obvious roar of your bullet. Shy wimps of love sick birds flap wings under my stomach and the stranded memory of you antidotes the nesting hunger. I studied the stars from the books of my library (no hints), aquarius and gemini (me) are ideally matched. Maybe the Universe isnt itself able to separate the truths from lies, for maybe I was carried away for a few seconds of the eyes and thats why I stop myself from romanticism of boys like you beacuse ours was revolving around the eyes. But this really seems the urge of time for the need of my poetry. Why do I over think ? .... PS : I know youll are wondering Yours Ex-Elan wrote something which sounds sorting dates of L-O-V-E ! Things like this creates a crater on a plain ground, a deep dark blot on a white sheet of paper so i cant just fake a smile and let him resume his usual tid bits about how the beer wasnt branded there, how Rishis parties could never be like his and within a sudden spur of moment he would completely deviate in 360° and talk about politics, his love for gadgets where all i do is agree with an occasional hmm or a nod now and then.That is where my patience wears thin. Its eerily satisfying to let your face out of a moving car with the sound of the wind beating your ear drums- the sound of thrill, freedom,a dangerous fallacy you risk. When you pull yourself back in, its the same monotonous consistency of life with all its play safe rules. It takes few seconds of designed apology and drowsy lips to yield in to a callous intimacy that gives way to a passionate love making and a normal morning the next day. And it takes jokes like this to dissect someones mind and see where your worth lies.
