It makes us to never feel fulfilled, to not live the present, to feel guilty all the times, to never feel like you are putting up with your own expectations, to not feel like you are supposed to be where you are at. So again, take time to assess your thinking and once you become aware of how many SHOULDs and SHOULDNTs are going through your mind stop and think about what you are thinking about. . . . . Let go of the need to be perfect. Stop comparing yourself with people around you. Question your expectations. Realise that you are not a superhuman. Understand that you are not the same all the time. Let go of need for constant achievement. Challenge your inner critic. Learn to love yourself for who you are as a person. And finally...TRUST, trust the fact you have been guided to be exactly where you are supposed to be.
