Dans le cadre des 800 ans de la Faculté de Médecine de Montpellier, «Art et anatomie : dessins croisés » propose une découverte inédite des dessins scientifiques et artistiques qui ont collaboré à l’apprentissage du corps humain. Les cours de dessin anatomique s’imposent au cœur de la formation artistique, dès le XVIe siècle en Italie et au XVIIe siècle en France. L’Académie royale de peinture et de sculpture structure alors les enseignements artistiques. L’ensemble des savoirs convergent vers la représentation du corps humain dans laquelle il faut exceller si l’on prétend devenir artiste. Chances are, you’ve heard once or twice about your glute med (pronounced “gloot meed”), especially if you’ve had any issues with your hip or lower back. Your gluteus medius sits on the outside of your posterior pelvis. In relation to your gluteus maximus, it’s pretty small. But it plays a VERY important role in the stability of your pelvis. It is the primary stabilizer for the pelvis when you’re standing on one foot, which happens any time you run, go up the stairs, get into a lunge position, walk…pretty important things. # One thing you might not know about the gluteus medius is that it is pain inhibited. So, if you injure your back, SI joint or hip, there ends up being a disruption between the brain and the gluteus medius. This either means the muscle atrophies to some degree or it shuts off completely. The problem is that the body is SUPER smart. There are many times that the gluteus medius isn’t working correctly and you don’t even know it because that piriformis and IT band are really good at taking over. But those muscles are not made to stabilize the pelvis and so they get tight, overactive and start creating issues like bursitis, knee pain and sciatica. # Unfortunately, the gluteus medius may not automatically “come on” if you throw the right exercises at it. There are exercises like the clamshell and lateral banded walking that target the gluteus medius. But if it’s not firing, guess what, those other muscles are taking over and could be further exacerbating your issue. # Have you tried to solve your lower back pain, knee issue or hip pain with gluteus medius exercises only to feel like the issue has not changed or even gotten worse? You may need something called neuromuscular education, which will re-establish the pathway between your brain and that muscle. Don’t know what to do for this? Guess what. I do. ‼️‼️ READ ‼️‼️ @vinnierehab 🙏 • • • • • • PSOAS BALANCE ⚖️ Proper balance between agonist and antagonist muscles is 🔑 to good health and tone of muscle tissue and of the organism in general. 🔹Many people think that the only antagonist (opposing muscle) to the Rectus abdominis (abs) is the extensors of the back ie. the Erector spinae, when in reality the psoas opposes the Rectus as well! Some Trainers / Therapist will often prescribe back pain clients with exercises such as low back hyperextensions because they think that to counteract a forward flexed trunk they must extend the trunk from the back of the spine when in reality oftentimes you can get rid of back stiffness / pain by opening up the front of the spine (psoas is locking up your lumbar spine) 🔹Which is why fixing back pain using only back exercises is generally a bad idea. 😕👎🏼 To illustrate my point in the picture you can 👀 how proper balance around the spine promotes a healthy back because the Rectus-Psoas complex pulls the body 👆🏼 and helps elongate the spine. 👉🏼If your hip flexors are giving you back issues, you need to find out why the psoas is stiffening up and stopping your spine from moving freely and only then will you be on your way to a PAIN-FREE BACK! 🙌🏼Psoas Solutions OTW! A 100 anni dalla morte di Auguste Rodin viene svelata la raccolta inedita di disegni erotici che lo scultore francese aveva custodito gelosamente in un misterioso cartone classificato come Museo Segreto. La collezione venne scoperta proprio alla scomparsa dellartista, il 17 novembre 1917, e a mostrarla e ora il libro Rodin-I disegni proibiti che esce per Rizzoli, in collaborazione con il Musee Rodin di Parigi di cui e direttrice dal 2012 Catherine Chevillot, autrice della prefazione, e con i testi di Nadine Lehni, decana del museo parigino. Allinterno del cartone, 121 fogli con disegni e acquarelli che restituiscono una frenesia creativa audace, tanto piu se si pensa che Rodin aveva superato la sessantina mentre creava quelle opere in cui il sesso e protagonista, scandalose per lepoca e straordinariamente moderne. Sono nudi di donna in pose indecenti, quasi acrobatiche che diventano una sfrontata galleria che celebra lautoerotismo e lomosessualita femminile. La collezione completa dei capolavori erotici di Rodin, viene illustrata nel dettaglio dalla Lehni, responsabile dei disegni e dipinti del Musee Rodin, e illuminata dalla prefazione della Chevillot. Rodin scelse di esplorare il disegno erotico non per provocare, ma per cogliere cio che da sempre inseguiva: la vita, il flusso vitale sottolinea la Chevillot. E spiega come il corpus di disegni segreti rappresenti piu di ogni altra cosa uno spostamento delle categorie. Quella dellerotismo innanzitutto, che in Rodin non e mai sinonimo di voyeurismo, di licenziosita, di oscenita. Lartista, nato a Parigi nel 1840 da una famiglia di umili origini, ha inventato un disegno nuovo e grazie a questa esplorazione dei corpi nudi di donne e tornato, ormai ultrasessantenne, lui stesso alla vita. Con le modelle, come ricorda la Lehni, riusciva a instaurare un clima di fiducia che gli permetteva di ottenere una partecipazione totale. Wenn das zu spät passiert kommt es zum Fortschreiten der Infektion sodass der Finger gross eröffnet werden muss. In diesem Fall war es aber frisches Holz und der Span hat sich abgekapselt. Hoy no celebré, pensé que dibujar era mucho mejor panorama. Y así fue. Lo pasé genial. . Me dediqué a pensar en los territorios, mientras dibujaba los ajíes, que hace tiempo quería dibujar. Quedó a la mitad porque había que estar de vuelta a las 21 hrs. Una locura. . Es incomparable dibujar con el modelo real, tocar el volumen, la textura e incluso sentir el olor. El año pasado quede aburrida del naturalismo digital y este año he desarrollado más aún la sensibilidad hacia los elementos que entrega la tierra. No hay mucha vuelta atrás con eso. Vendrán hartos cambios. . Por otro lado hace unos días decidí que iba a intentar separar espacios virtuales y en este espacio retomar el cause a ilustracion naturalista y científica, y todo lo que derive de ahi a serigrafía y tatuajes. Lo que tiene que ver con otras causas y proyectos empezaré a compartirlo en mi otra cuenta que tenía dejada a un lado @re.accion . Sería bacan que me sigan!
