CUSTOMER SERVICE MODALNYA BACOT !?! Emang bener sih modal utama Customer Service itu emang Bacot. Kalaw ngak bisa ngebacot yah ngak bisa kerja. Hal tadi merupakan kondisi jaman dulu ketika internet belum mendisrupsi semua sendi bisnis. Kalaw sekarang yang negbacotnya pindah ke jempol 😀😀😀. Kalaw hanya pintar ngebacot mungkin tukang obat pinggir jalan lebih jago, tapi kenyataannya nyari atau ngerekrut Customer Service andalan itu tidak segacor bacotan dari orang-orang suka berisik di dunia maya, dan sedihnya mereka-mereka itu mungkin belum pernah juga duduk 8 jam perhari untuk melayani pelanggan. Pernah dalam satu sesi #belajarbareng ada salah satu peserta bertanya bagaimana caranya merekrut Customer Service yang bisa memberikan pelayanan Ekselen, saya punya tim CS yang hampir tiap bulan gonta-ganto terus dan cukup memusingkan juga ternyata karena mengganggu operasional bisnis saya ungkap beliau. Posisi CS memang posisi yang cukup tinggi rasio turn overnya, apalagi kalaw ternyata kerjaan aslinya jadi sales bukan lagi CS bisa lebih dari 5% rasionya, hmm cukup melelahkan rekrut tiap bulan dan rontok juga tiap bulannya. Ada beberapa tips dalam merekrut CS yang bisa dilakukan, kalaw saya dulu biasanya pakai 3 kriteria yaitu Attitude, Skill dan Knowledge. 1. ATTITUDE adalah buah dari perilaku kebiasaan dia selama hidup, bisa dilihat dari ahlak - nya, sesimple misal menutup lagi pintu ruangan, cara menyapa, posisi duduk, gesture dkk. 2. SKILL biasanya saya lihat dari kemampuan berkomunikasi mereka, masa iyah sih calon CS tapi ngomongnya blepotan, kalae komunikasinya asik kemungkinan besar jempolnya pun asik ketika ngobrol dengan customer. 3. KNOWLEDGE yang terakhir biasanya saya bertanya pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang sebelumnya pernah mereka lakukan, jarang banget nanya produk/brand yang mereka coba lamar jadi garda terdepannya, paling sering nanya tugas akhir skripsi mereka, judul sama hipotesanya aja udah cukup ngebikin mereka mules diruangan interview. Atau dikasih pertanyaan sakti model ini ; Dulu pas lahir ke dunia apa yang pertama kali dilakukan ??? This heavy time were living through, right now, has brought with it so much noise - but also a quietness as weve all been called to take pause. This morning, I woke up to my five year old kissing the tears on my face and handing me this card shed written for me. Ten years ago today, I lost my mama - and I still feel her loss so deeply, today. I spent much of the day reflecting on all the ways that it changed me, including the way in which it fueled me to turn this hobby of mine into a career. It was one of my last conversations with her that pushed me to pursue my passion for creating and capturing memories - and to share it with others. It was looking back and realizing I dont have nearly enough photos of her or with her past my childhood years to look back on and to hold onto and to share with my own babies - and hoping I can give others more. And while my mama remains my first why, its these babes of mine - their love, their hearts, their ability to connect so deeply - that keep me going. They are the reason I spend my days showing up for them and working tirelessly into the night to serve my clients. They inspire me and support me and remind me that the work I do has purpose. This pandemic threatens the livelihood of many small business owners like myself. But our purpose remains - to serve and support our community. And for me right now, that looks like carrying out my social responsibility to shelter in place while also supporting as many of my peers as possible. Hole in the wall on Rialto Beach! I love a great reward for a little effort! Like I mentioned in my other posts about this place, you’ve gotta want to make this happen for it to happen - parking, 3 mile RT haul, low tide, hydration, and sun protection are key! There are fantastic tide pools as you scramble over the rocks through the hole. It was really important to Little Miss to do it herself, so we made a game of her “jumping” from place to place (my picking her up and swinging her over) where I didn’t think she could safely walk. If you want a photo without other people in it, your best bet is to camp on the beach and take photos before or after the crowds. Just this week, a letter and a $100 check arrived in our mailbox from Kentucky. People are good, as it turns out. The statistics on murdered and missing Indigenous women in the U.S. are horrific. Savanna’s Act is finally going to the President’s desk and he should sign it immediately. Law enforcement must do a better job to protect indigenous women. This law will require new, much-needed protocols, training, and reporting of statistics. When I joined Tik Tok last year, I did it mainly for research and to see what trends were big to use on other platforms. Just like Snapchat, it wasnt a platform I would use to marketing @russtekmedia so I didnt expect much. A year later and I couldnt have been more wrong. Mind you, I dont focus on my Russtek account at all, I mainly use it for personal use and from that, the friendships I have made are amazing. Congratulations to the 2019 class of Rutgers Environmental Stewards! This past Saturday, at our commencement ceremony, we celebrated this year’s 78 class graduates, as well as the 20 Stewards who completed their internship projects in 2019. The impact of their projects? 1498 people educated across 12 counties. 1590 hours spent working for the environment. 2502 volunteer hours contributed by 648 recruited friends, family members and neighbors. The result? Restored landscapes and habitats. Stream assessments. New green infrastructure. Community waste initiatives. All of that, and so much more. In a summer when people flew and gathered - some lucky guests were mailed this Save The Date destination wedding package. A double-sided postcard on a linen-textured cardstock set the scene and a custom luggage tag set the tone. Travelers were in for a LUXE weekend. To keep things sleek and orderly, a mini enclosure linked guests to their website - filled with travel info. The cards were boxed and parcels were wrapped in brown paper, sealed, labeled then stamped with custom rubber logos. The commissioning bride is an expert in the industry so when she asked US to handle this, we were flattered (then nervous) then so IN. On this #OrangeShirtDay, Brinley and I devoted time to a mother-daughter discussion about the many ways that abusive treatment of a child not only harms that child but affects their development into adulthood. Residential schooling deprived many children of their culture and community, of the love and nurturing that support emotional safety in a healthy environment. When love is replaced with abuse, when the educational environment is dangerous rather than healthy, hope disappears. It’s sometimes said that emotional education is caught, it isn’t taught. Children catch the impacts of abuse in the way their parents relate to the world. The result of this project will be a hybrid exhibition (largely digital) that we hope to launch on World Water Day, March 22, 2021, to spur collective discussions on Mumbais water challenges. Over the next few months we will be collecting and curating content, looking at our past and our present, towards an imagination of a more just and caring water future. Our open call is an invitation for visuals or audio-visuals - specifically photographs, videos (less than a minute), podcasts and artwork - that express personal memories with water in Mumbai. From the Arabian sea to its many rivers and lakes, from historical fountains to forgotten wells, from fishing communities to the tanker economy, from flash floods to water scarcity, stories of water seep into our everyday lives. This is an opportunity for you to capture these everyday encounters and share them with other Mumbaikars. Our team will be selecting entries that we will post on our social media, and later feature in our digital exhibition as a citizens space for our collective memories. Beauty Guild have today sent an open letter to @borisjohnsonuk, asking the UK Government to allow Beauty Salons to reopen fully. The letter from Beauty Guild Director, Paul Archer says: . “I am writing to you on the day when beauty salons in England were expecting to welcome back their clients by recommencing popular treatments on the face. Sadly, following your announcement at 12 noon yesterday, they remain restricted to offering a range of services so limited that most salons simply can’t survive. With less than 24 hours’ notice, clients who had treatments booked have had to be cancelled. Loyal and hardworking staff have had to be re-furloughed, or worse, made redundant. Many businesses are facing the real prospect of having to close their doors forever. The industry has now reached breaking point. . We understand the need to control the spread of COVID-19 and to “follow the science” which has been the Government’s mantra throughout this pandemic. In an industry where hygiene and sanitation are exemplary, all beauty therapists understand the need for infection prevention and control. The training and restructuring that salon owners have undertaken to prepare to reopen safely has been second to none. The beauty industry has indeed “followed the science” which is why the glaring inconsistency of allowing pubs to reopen whilst beauty salons have to remain shut is simply ludicrous. . As a Director of the Beauty Guild, the UK’s largest trade body representing over 16,000 beauty professionals, I urge the Government to “follow the science” and allow beauty salons to resume their full range of services as soon as possible under the safe working guidelines.” . Exactly 10 years ago today this recipe appeared on the Early Show (the previous incarnation of what is now @cbsthismorning), as part of a story on @marchmadness. Little did I know it would become part of my story. Here’s how. 👨🏽🤝👨🏼 The segment was on make-at-home cocktails to support your favorite @ncaa basketball team; this one was for the @dukeuniversity #BlueDevils. My co-worker @ephender and I both saw the story, and decided to make a couple of these Blue Devil margaritas to accompany our weekly tradition at the time– watching @tomhanks “The Pacific” on @hbo. Eric and I both worked early hours at that time, so 3pm was happy hour for us, even on a weekday. For some reason, mixing that cocktail sparked an interest in trying more new recipes and, eventually, led to Eric going to bartending school and me to eventually start the US’s only weekly cocktail segment on local TV news. It also led to more afternoons watching more shows (@madmen_amc and @vincegillofficial’s @breakingbad to name a few). For years, though, we kept coming back to the Blue Devil Margarita. It was part of “our thing.” And, we kept coming back to each other, as friends. Until 4 years ago this May, when we decided it could be more... and that it should be more. Penyelenggara pemilihan, peserta pemilihan, pemilih, dan seluruh pihak yang terkait para setiap tahapan wajib menerapkan protokol kesehatan Covid-19 dengan memakai masker, mencuci tangan, menjaga jarak, dan menghindari kerumunan. c. Pengerahan massa pada setiap tahapan pemilihan tidak melebihi batasan jumlah massa yang telah ditetapkan oleh penyelenggara pemilihan. d. Setelah selesai melaksanakan setiap kegiatan tahapan, semua pihak yang terlibat dan masyarakat agar segera membubarkan diri dengan tertib tanpa arak-arakan, konvoi, atau sejenisnya. 3.
