Hoy es el día mundial de la fotoprotección solar 🌞 Lxs que me conocen saben que es mi tema preferido de cuidado facial. Si no has pasado por mis manos y no te podido soltarte la chapa del sol, seguro que te pones MENOS cantidad de la que deberías. Si no te pones ni un poco, no me lo digas que me quedo calva del disgusto🤭. ⠀ El FPS de las cremas se calcula teniendo en cuenta que debes aplicarte una cantidad de crema solar de 2mg/cm2.⠀ Y ahora me dirás, si claro ¿y cómo sé yo cuánto son 2mg? MUY FÁCIL. Con la regla del 2✌️. ⠀ Tienes que aplicarte la cantidad correspondiente a 2 dedos. Y reaplicarla cada 2 horas. Como hago yo en la foto. Para cubrir la piel de un adulto con la cantidad adecuada de crema de protección solar necesitamos 30ml. Si un bote de crema es de 200ml, pues fíjate, te duraría SOLO para 7 usos. Si te dura más de un verano es que lo estás haciendo mal 👎. ¿Y cuando hay que ponérsela? Facilísimo. Piensa que la crema solar es como un abrigo en invierno. ¿Verdad que es lo último que te pones antes de salir de casa y no sales sin él? Pues con el protector solar igual. Lo aplicas después de la crema hidratante y antes del maquillaje, si usas. 🧐JAK PRZYGOTOWAĆ SKÓRĘ DO MAKIJAŻU? 🌸Bez zadbanej cery, ciężko by makijaż wyglądał nieskazitelnie. 🌸Warto jest oddzielać przygotowanie pod makijaż codzienny, od tego na specjalne okazje, lecz w obu przypadkach, nigdy nie zapominajmy o pielęgnacji. 💄Dziś zajmę się opisaniem pielęgnacji przed ważnym wyjściem, imprezą. ⛔Przede wszystkim NIE EKSPERYMENTUJ. Robienie dzień wcześniej mocnego peelingu kwasowego czy mechanicznego, do którego nasza skóra nie jest przyzwyczajona, może skończyć się tragicznie. 😔 Wysyp, zaczerwieniona skóra, przy szczególnie wrażliwej rany, reakcje alergiczne. ❌Nie polecam udawać się na regulację, hennę brwi czy stylizację rzęs do nowej kosmetyczki - nie wiemy czy finalnie efekt nam się spodoba, a niestety będzie on utrzymywał się dłuższy czas. Dodatkowo bez względu na to, czy idziemy pierwszy raz na taki zabieg, może wystąpić reakcja alergiczna - nawet po roku regularnej stylizacji brwi/ rzęs. 📩✒️Wszelkie zabiegi upiększające zarezerwujmy około tygodnia przed ważnym wyjściem. 🌷W takim razie, co możemy? W salonach kosmetycznych oferowane są tzw. zabiegi bankietowe. Może być to zabieg z użyciem bardzo delikatnego kwasu laktobionowego czy ferulowego, masaż twarzy z odżywczą maską, infuzja tlenowa i wiele innych. Plusem tego typu zabiegów jest ich bezinwazyjność, minimalne prawdopodobieństwo reakcji alergicznych i co najważniejsze — natychmiastowy efekt. 💟W domu: możemy wykonać peeling enzymatyczny - ten co zwykle, nie eksperymentujmy z nowymi kosmetykami; nałóżmy dobrze znaną maseczkę czy też glinkę ( polecam francuską) oraz nawilżmy i odżywmy twarz. Zadbajmy, by nie mieć tzw. ,,suchych skórek, które są nie do zakamuflowania. 💋Zwróćmy uwagę na usta. Wykonajmy peeling np. cukrowy (do kupienia w sklepie bądź zrobienia w domu (zmieszaj cukier z miodem bądź oliwą); równie dobrze działa masaż ust twardą szczoteczką do zębów). Na koniec fajna maska na usta, ulubiony balsam, lanolina bądź wazelina. Ten krok możecie zrobić nawet tuż przed makijażem. To by było na tyle jeśli chodzi o pielęgnacje cery, przed ważnym wyjściem. Несколько минут визуализируем сегодняшний день в его лучшем варианте и свои внутренние ощущения при этом. Подмигиваем Вселенной (она знает, что делает и для чего). 3. Тянемся в кроватке, как кошечка. Растяжка помогает почувствовать своё тело. Или ты можешь помедитировать и почувствовать свои мысли. 4. Делаем массаж головы и мочек ушей. 5. Само собой разумеющийся пункт, но все же мы напомним - Чистим зубы! А также умываемся, смывая с себя все следы ночных приключений. Стой. Не забудь улыбнуться незнакомке в зеркале. 6. Окончательно даём понять желудку, что утро наступило с помощью вакуума (лучший друг твоей тонкой талии). 7. Обязательно выпиваем 2 стакана тёплой воды натощак. Лучшее «доброе утро» твоему желудку гарантировано. 8.Включаем музыку и танцуем, будто никто не смотрит. 9. Проговариваем 10 раз вслух «Я иду своей дорогой». And let’s Go! 10. Делаем зарядку. Всего 15 минут, чтобы дать почувствовать своему телу заботу и внимание. Lockdowns are being championed as a solution to the spread of the number one enemy: the coronavirus. In developing countries like Argentina, where 40% of the population lives in poverty, it’s difficult to just stay fixated on the fear of infection when one realizes how daunting the economic setback of these strict lockdown policies are for most of the population. In these economies so many more workers carry out hands-on work which is incompatible with the new moral high ground of social distancing. So many more are also likely to be employed informally and thus are clinging to cash payments in exchange for the type of daily work which the government has black-listed and penalized. It’s hard to buy much time with lower income and lower saving or to wait for hand-outs from bankrupt governments. In addition, experts advise that the peak of the virus spread should fall in June, precisely as winter hits South America. When you add to this the fact that developing countries have less old population and less ‘diseases of civilization’ like diabetes or heart problems, this makes you wonder if the solution is worse than the disease.⠀ ⠀ Behold! SS2020 WOMEN’S COLLECTION | INTERSET Shot and directed by me Models: @rosenovel @here_comes_alyssa . Inteset is a personal exploration of my cultural background and the inner conflict I experience between identifying as both Australian and Chinese. Where I once was reluctant to embrace my Chinese background, through this collection I sought to reconciliate these opposing elements of my identity. Each garment references traditional Chinese silhouettes which are modified to look more western. To represent the juxtaposition between the conservatism of Chinese Culture and the liberalism of Western culture, the looks are adjustable to either cover or expose various sections of the body.
