- Two weeks update ** I came to a plateau which my weight loss slowed down but it started again after a week. Feels like pushing a bike over an hill. Once its over, its downhill! Weight is now 229.
- It’s mental what fasting can do for the body. Currently doing s 10 day fast, 2 day refeed cycle. This isn’t a diet anymore, it’s a way of life. Plan on cycling until I get down to around 230/240 then reintroducing keto OMAD with a regular workout schedule. Posting this to keep myself accountable!

It’s #transitiontuesday and this is a tough one. For me, it’s easier to look at the glaring transition pics that are super contrasting to each other, but harder to look back at the incremental steps of this journey. The pic on the left was one of my first selfies in makeup and a, technically, femme shirt. - Continuing from yesterday’s post....
- I fell off the wagon about a month ago and stopped doing IF, but I was still able to maintain during that time. Posting these side by sides for anyone who needs motivation, because this definitely motivated me to get back on track with IF :)
- The eggs have been secured 🥚🐣
- 256lbs-149lbs started June 2019 with 18:6. Added walking 5000 steps a day. Switched to 20:4 and now doing an average 30,000 steps a day. No loose skin. No stretch marks. Lifestyle change.
- Life is too short to smoke bad weed
- F/18/5’3. 230 to 149 pounds. 10 months of IF (mostly 16:8 but just bumped up to 17:7), 81 pounds gone. I’m on a plateau right now, but this is the loose skin on my abdomen after losing the weight. There’s a lot more but that’s all I could grab!
- May 2016 and May 2020. 4 years of breakage and chopping, learning and failing, crying and smiling, long wash days and neglect. Ill never regret starting this journey.

- Lost 130 pounds with intermittent fasting. Found this picture of myself from when I started 2 years ago. Even had a baby in between these pictures. Whoa!

- Progress Pic! 24F, SW 306, CW? GW 170. My scale died so I don’t know where I’m at, and the gyms are closed. So it’s mainly been OMAD with some dog walking for exercise.

- After working out for two months I was so excited to finally fit into my husbands jeans in November 2018. Then, I added Intermittent Fasting (20:4) and I never looked back. (Currently a size 2/26.) Strength training accelerated my results! I post these pictures to stay motivated.
