Here are our Sugarproof guidelines for maximum daily added sugar by age and gender. Copied from Page 67 of Sugarproof. These guidelines are on par with the World Healthy Organization recommendation of 5% or less of calories from added sugar per day, which is suggested for added health benefits and chronic disease prevention. These limits do NOT include sugar from whole fruits, vegetables or dairy products.
