Cheesecake!! 😍 400ml di latte condensato 250g ricotta 250g formaggio spalmabile 6g colla di pesce 150g biscotti secchi 100g burro fuso . Mettere ad ammollare la colla di pesce in acqua fredda e sciogliere il burro. Sbriciolare i biscotti, mescolarli con il burro fuso e, nella tortiera, formare la base della torta. Lasciar riposare in frigorifero per almeno mezz’ora. In una ciotola mescolare la ricotta e il formaggio spalmabile, aggiungere il latte condensato tenendone da parte due cucchiai. Scaldare i due cucchiai di latte condensato e scioglierci la gelatina precedentemente ammollata. Prendere la base della torta e versare il composto. Lasciare in frigorifero per 8/12 ore prima di sformare la cheesecake. Decorare a piacere con lamponi, fragole o scaglie di cioccolato. - @chiunque_puo_cucinare on Instagram

Whats for dinner! This one is a life saver when we come home late and cant find anything in the fridge. But we do have ground beef (well, we use organic ground turkey as a health substitute) in the freezer and packets of @mccormickspice I got from @safeway (mild chili - swipe for pic). Its so easy and its kind of like a home cooked meal! - It takes a couple mins to defrost the ground turkey, and then I just brown it, chop up some and fry some onions, add a can of beans and diced tomatoes (maybe a small can of tomato sauce too), stir and simmer then in about 10 mins later we got dinner! And I must say its not bad! The ingredients on the packet look ok and not too many preservatives.
