And you can put all anything that you need to keep cold. So your cheeses if youre going to do a cheese platter. It is hands down the coolest thing ever. Ive never seen anything like this. So it comes with two little picks that will say soft and hard that you can put in for the cheeses as well. So, this is by Mud Pie. I think its really cool. I believe they just recommend to hand wash anytime you have something like this you dont want to soak it. Um but hand washer, just take a cloth but you can put different, all different things or even if you wanted to like keep your grapes. It is the cool thing. So, if youre somebody who likes to have people over and entertain, this is a fantastic thing. Ive, thats one thing about entertaining is you always have to kind of keep an eye on the food or you know, just keep up on it but you put this bad boy in the freezer. I would just put it overnight and thats its true marble. Thats going to stay cold for a long long time. If I had people to entertain, I would definitely want. I know. I have, we do lots of, I dont know, like small get togethers and that would be so fun. I have lots of different platters. Love the marble. Uh Tara, Im not 100% sure. I would say for a long time. I feel like when you have anything, I have another marble platter thats very similar to this that you put in the freezer and it stays like the entire day. Weve been fielding lots of questions and comments about our lawsuit against the state of Oklahoma, so we thought wed address them right here, as simply as we can. The Oklahoma Meat Consumer Protection Act, which was signed into law on May 19, suggests that plant-based meat alternatives such as ours are being “misrepresented as meat” and are thus confusing to consumers. This law requires that plant-based food packages identify the products “in type that is uniform in size and prominence to the name of the product.” Penalties for violating the act can include fines of up to $10,000 per offense and up to a year in prison. Critics suggest that we should simply update our packaging so that the words vegan and plant-based are equal in size to words such as chorizo and bacon, without considering the incredible expense of creating food packaging, not to mention the senseless waste involved in disposing of tens of thousands of packages that dont comply with this law. Another option is to simply pull our products from store shelves in OK, which doesnt seem fair to consumers who are looking for meat alternatives there. Our First Amendment challenge to this law states that these language requirements are typically reserved for potentially harmful products such as cigarettes and alcohol. It is not meant to protect consumers, as theres no need to protect consumers from our vegan products. Rather, its meat lobby’s anti-competitive response to the increased consumer demand for plant-based options. In fact, our packaging has the word vegan printed on it five times, including a Vegan for a Reason statement on the back that specifically addresses our position as an ethically vegan brand.
