Suka dessert? Suka yg manis2? Kl iya jawabnya ada sama @soela.id karena kepanjangannya adalah soeka goela 😁 Spesialisasi mereka adalah dessert. Kali ini kita ada 3 macem buat diicip. Apa aja? Ini nih: 1. Ada Devil choco, yg terdiri dari bolu coklat - cream - coklat lumer - coklat bubuk. Rasa coklatnya nendang banget dah, bolunya cukup padat tp ga keras atau kering. 2. Cheesecake, isinya ada biskuit Regal - cheesecake - remahan biskuit regal. Nah inj fav kita soalnya rasanya ga cuma manis tp ada asin dan sedikit asem dr cream cheesenya, dan si regalnya nambah tekstur crunchy gt. 3. Dalgona, lapisannya ada sponge cake - cream - sponge cake - dalgona coffee - dalgona crumb. Perpaduan kopi dan bolu never went wrong cuma sayangnya karena kepanasan pas pengiriman dalgonanya mencair jadi kopi lagi 😭, tapi overall perpaduan dalgona, bolu sama creamnya pas mantep. Asik kan? Dalgona coffee cream dessert 😋 Ingredients: 1- Candy Biscuits 2- Olpers cream 3- Condensed milk 4- coffee Procedure: Firstly grind candy biscuits, then in another bowl add 4 packs of Olpers dairy cream , add 4tbsp of condensed milk and mix it with stirrer or beater for 5 mins. Last but not the least prepare coffee material beat it well.
