The Shahi Martini 🍸 A cocktail which I had to make for the ONLY AT cocktail section @hakkasanindia which is themed to be made using local ingredients indegenious to India. So I took inspiration from two iconic ingredients which is native to India. 1. Rooh Afza - Which originated during the Mughal dynasty and were made by hakims, practitioners of the unani medicine, who made concoctions with fruits, flowers and herbs for royalty. And now become a drink of every household , holy celebration and ceremonys of Indian tradition. 2. Paan - Paan has originated from the Sanskrit word ‘Parna’ which means ‘leaf’. Also called ‘Betel Leaf, it has a history of 5000 years as it has not only ruled the Indian food culture but also used as a secred ingredient in holy rituals and Indian ayurveda. Being blessed with so many culturel heritage and the respect and love for the food culture of India I present to u my iconic cocktail The Shahi Martini 🍸🍸🍸🍸🍸🍸 Is a complex floral and spicy with hint of harbacious character.
