Всі помічали цю цікаву закономірність: чим більше працюєш - тим більше щастить?😎 Але оцінювати результати чужої роботи все одно легше, ніж свої. Не порівнювати себе із кимось іще складніше. Особливо людям тонкої душевної організації і представникам творчих професій (хоча для мене більшість професій - творчі, якщо розуміти необхідність і важливість цього підходу). Всі проходять цю стадію, це природній процес становлення особистості, питання у швидкості і правильних висновках. BBC навіть зняли колись серіал про великих художників, які жили і творили в один і той же час, та конкуренцію між ними. З іншого боку, можна надовго застрягнути в образах і претензіях до оточуючих замість того, щоб зрозуміти, що єдиний твій конкурент - це ти вчорашній. Мені наразі настільки по-хорошому все одно на чийсь успіх і шлях, що іноді здається, що я якось не так живу. Не дивлюся оці всі блоги про «успєшний успєх», не шукаю його секрет, не купую книжки про те, як підвищити свою продуктивність, не відвідую тренінги на тему «я покажу вам як треба показувати» і, звісно, не тягнуся до людей, які свої кар’єрні успіхи та амбіції поставили вище за все. Я їх не засуджую, просто в нас різні погляди на життя. Субєктивно, але мені здається, справжній успіх ніколи не про гроші або популярність. Він про те, чи почувається людина на на своєму місці і чи щаслива вона. 漂亮這回事 我觀察到在歐美的女孩子，比起亞洲女性更可以自由的展現自己。 我想這是源自於這裡的佔大多數的社會大眾，不僅可以去尊重個體的不同，更願意去欣賞每個人的獨特之處。 尤其是大城市，社會上的氛圍與其說是去設定一個標準來讓大家都一樣，比較像是鼓勵每個人抬頭挺胸的活出自己的樣子。 還住在倫敦的時候，曾經有一個減肥產品的廣告引起不小的騷動。海報裡是一個符合完美標準比例身材，就像是維多利亞秘密會採用的模特兒。她身穿黃色Bikini，旁邊有句話寫著:「準備好你的海灘身材」。 第一次在地鐵裡看到時，心理想說「哇，這麼冒犯人的廣告沒想到會在倫敦看到。」 果然不久後，就在新聞看到這個廣告引起了軒然大波。一片來自女性的抗議聲質問到，是誰說身體一定要長這樣才叫準備好的？還有女孩子穿着bikini站在廣告前，用油性筆在海報大大寫上My body is ready whenever its on the beach!(我的身體只要是在海灘上就是準備好的!) 這些聲音說的是：我對自己身體外觀由衷的認同，而且對這些商人利用身體的羞恥心來綁架女性的行為嗤之以鼻。 我當時深深覺得，身為Londoner的一份子真是令人驕傲。 漂不漂亮這回事，到底是誰說了算數？是在什麼基礎上立的標準？是誰說自己有這個權力的？ 只要想到有這麼一個集體意識，在背後決定每個人的外觀應該是怎麼樣，就不禁有點火大。 前幾年短暫回台灣工作，美容編輯說現在流行的是強調完美的素顏，所以微整是一個大趨勢。換句話說，為了看起來自然，直接跳過保養和化妝，從源頭做不自然的侵入式更動，然後驕傲的對外展現自己的素顏成果。 聽到的時候真是震驚的不得了，都可以算是文化衝擊了。 這些聰明狡猾的商人，真的很知道要怎麼利用人自我價值感低下的弱點來行銷操弄。向大眾宣布什麼才是好看的樣子，再利用同儕壓力，狩獵巫女般的排除異己，最後教育出一群可以輕鬆操控的消費者。 沒想到買單的人，多到都幾乎成了主流文化現象了。那陣子在台灣，比當初倫敦地鐵裡看到的減肥廣告還要冒犯人的資訊，可說是隨處可見。 並不是說反對微整或整形這件事本身，我比較在乎的是為什麼要去做？，改變自己外觀背後的動機和目的性是什麼？真的就這麼甘心和那些操弄者一起物化自己的身體外觀嗎？ 真想對那些商人和媒體說: Stop selling that shit to us. 曾經從在醫美行業工作過的朋友口中聽到過整形上的完美比例這個詞。那麼如果不達到它定義的漂亮標準，難道就不美了嗎？我絕對不這麼認為。 我常常在想，若不能接受自己最自然舒服的樣子，而總是迎合別人的意見做改變，是不是算是某種形式的自我厭惡呢？而這標準的源頭，到底是來自別人說的漂亮，還是自己認為的漂亮？ 追求漂亮沒有甚麼不對，它是透過愛自己，和外在環境分享自我的一個美好行為，但首先絕對是從內而外展現的，不然再怎麼說身體也只不過是一個空殼而已。也可以說從一個人呈現的外觀上，就可以大概看出他有甚麼樣的自我的價值觀。 在我眼中，比起追求主流認同、一直竄改自己模樣的行為，散發著自愛又可以舒服的和原本的自己相處的人，不管是什麼年紀、什麼性別，才是真的強大到美的發光。 #noshameforbeing #bodypositive - @instahildagram on Instagram

Seasonal Lash Shed. Is this really a thing? And the answer is YES! Some clients think they are born with lashes and that they never fall out. In fact, natural lashes are constantly shedding everyday because of our lash cycle. It is completely normal to shed 3-5 lashes each day. We don’t ever notice as our natural lashes are super fine apart that when you have eyelash extension it becomes more apparent. Now do we lose more lashes in certain seasons? The answer is YES! Like animals such as a cat or dog, they shed their coats to get ready for the new warmer temperatures in spring/summer and it is the same for us humans. We, too, shed our hairs in preparation for changes in the temperature. However, we are very different from one another and it can be opposite from person to person. During the winter months, humidity can be quite low which can lead to brittle lashes causing them to fall out faster. While in the summer months we tend to be more active, the sun is shining which means more vitamin D production; healthier lifestyle. Everything tends to be better including our lashes, nails and skin. So it is very true that our bodies do react as the seasons change. But dont worry, the dreaded seasonal shed won’t last forever. It’s really important to educate our clients about the seasonal changes, the different stages of lashes - anagen, catagen telogen and also practicing techniques as a lash artist to battle the dreaded seasonal lash sheds. . .The good news is that seasonal lash shed lasts only 4-6 weeks. Here are some ways to maintain lash extensions during the shedding period: . Schedule more frequent infills Apply lighter lashes Apply shorter lashes And always educate your clients 🖤💛🤍 . 🌺 ДОЛГОВРЕМЕННАЯ УКЛАДКА БРОВЕЙ: ВОПРОС/ОТВЕТ ⠀ Сегодня мы поговорим с Вами о всем уже полюбившейся долговременной укладке бровей, иначе – ламинирование. Начнём с разбора понятия. ⠀ WHAT IS IT? ❓ ⠀ ➖ Процедура долговременной укладки бровей состоит в том, что брови укладывают и фиксируют при помощи специальных составов на длительный период. Мастер подбирает форму бровей, делает коррекцию, удаляя лишние волоски. Также, наносятся специальные составы для процедуры. При необходимости, в процессе укладки, делается окрашивание бровей. Эффект длится 6-8 недель, в зависимости от жесткости волосков и соблюдения правил ухода за бровями. ⠀ Долговременная укладка бровей тебе точно нужна, если...: ▫️брови очень сложно уложить обычным гелем; ▫️душа требует брови пошире; ▫️волоски всегда торчат в разные стороны; ▫️есть пробелы (шрамы, пустые фолликулы); ▫️хочется экспериментировать каждый день, ведь, благодаря ламинированию можно регулировать ширину ⠀ 🤔А сейчас мы перейдём к ТОПу вопросов, задаваемых клиентами: ⠀ 1️⃣ Как происходит процедура? Есть три этапа процедуры: ✨первый разрушает химические связи в волосе, делая его податливее; ✨второй восстанавливает эти связи, закрепляя волос в нужном Вам положении; ✨третий запечатывает результат и ухаживает за повреждённым волосом ⠀ 2️⃣ Долговременная укладка бровей это уход? Из-за химических составов процедура не может быть уходовой, она исключительно эстетическая. ⠀ 3️⃣ Поможет ли ламинирование отрастить брови? Нет и нет. Брови будут визуально выглядеть гуще и шире, так как мы меняем направление волоска, но стимулировать рост укладка не будет. ⠀ 3️⃣ Как долго будут лежать брови? Неет, брови ко лбу не приклеиваются навсегда. Волоски становятся очень послушными и появляется возможность вложить их в любую сторону. Но никто не отменял гель для бровей, просто теперь брови держатся не час, а минимум полдня. ⠀ 4️⃣ Как часто можно делать долговременную укладку бровей? Не чаще, чем раз в 2 месяца .
