Фотографии, сделанные на коленке так понравились всем, неожиданно😃 каждый день новые и новые репосты и публикации балетной серии. Так и бывает обычно, увидели солнце, раскидали мебель и хлам по разным углам, переоделись и причесались за 2 минуты, сообразили отражатель из подручных)) пара кадров и солнце зашло за тучу. Все.. магия пропала.. поставили мебель на место.. разошлись.. а оно снова заглянуло в окно😀😂 и все по-новой😁 к слову, балетные позы нелегко даются даже балеринам)) сделала кадров 50 в целом. Lockdowns are being championed as a solution to the spread of the number one enemy: the coronavirus. In developing countries like Argentina, where 40% of the population lives in poverty, it’s difficult to just stay fixated on the fear of infection when one realizes how daunting the economic setback of these strict lockdown policies are for most of the population. In these economies so many more workers carry out hands-on work which is incompatible with the new moral high ground of social distancing. So many more are also likely to be employed informally and thus are clinging to cash payments in exchange for the type of daily work which the government has black-listed and penalized. It’s hard to buy much time with lower income and lower saving or to wait for hand-outs from bankrupt governments. In addition, experts advise that the peak of the virus spread should fall in June, precisely as winter hits South America. When you add to this the fact that developing countries have less old population and less ‘diseases of civilization’ like diabetes or heart problems, this makes you wonder if the solution is worse than the disease.⠀ ⠀ Behold! ~Heights~ Standing at the centre of the terrace about 20 meters above the ground. Fast strong winds blowing against my face. Loud slow music in my ears. I was feeling it all. I wanted to fly, to reach higher & feel something more. . I, already afraid of heights, seldom dared to go on a venture to look down the railings or even walk towards them. But as the mind was in that moment, wanting to feel everything in its entirety, I started walking towards the railing. Scared. Screaming again, telling me to stop and telling me to walk. Imagining scenarios. How far am I? How high am I literally? How does it feel to look down there? I seem to have forgotten. . Reached, hands clasped tight to the railing. Eyes looking all the way up in the sky. I closed them. Calmed myself. Stopped the screams and the scenarios and everything for a moment. Just the pleasure of feeling everything except fear was left. I collected myself, looked down, and again everything that I was scared of started to come back. . I pushed myself back. Breathing a little harder than before. Sat down on the floor. Talked to myself, its okay. But will it ever be? You might wonder what I saw down there. A body. Lying in a pool of blood as if it had fallen from a height of not less than 20 meters. It had the same clothes as me. I wont describe it more. Its choking. . Being lonely and being alone are definitely different. But being lonely and alone, is a different realm altogether. Not everyone can handle it. But isnt life about living off the stuff that kills us. Serenity in chaos is what were all searching while causing more chaos unintentionally. . Death is the easiest way out. And I dont wanna go easy. This feeling, is to live for. The extremes of it, are elating. And these elated states of emotional heights wont scare you. The emotions connected, when felt, take you to a universe unexplored. . Yes, I wanna live them out & so should you. Margaret Ursula Mee foi uma artista botânica inglesa que se especializou em plantas da Amazônia brasileira . Estudou arte na St. Martins School of Art, no Centre School of Art e na Camberwell School of Art em Londres, recebendo o diploma de pintura e design em 1950. Mudou-se para o Brasil com Greville, seu segundo marido, em 1952 para ensinar arte na Escola Britânica de São Paulo (conhecida como Saint Pauls School), tornando-se uma artista de botânica pelo Instituto de Botânica de São Paulo em 1958, explorando a floresta tropical e mais especificamente o estado do Amazonas, a partir de 1964, pintando as plantas que viu e colecionando algumas para posterior ilustração. Criou quatrocentas pranchas de ilustrações em guache, quarenta sketchbooks e quinze diários. Mee morreu na Inglaterra em 1988 em um acidente de automóvel.
