Mobility and strength are key to preventing and treating low back pain. A combination of these will put you in the most optimal position to keep your back healthy for the long term. Mobility, which can be defined as the ability of your joints to actively move through their full range of motion, should be the focus to start any rehab by helping to decrease pain and relieve tension in your lower back. Mobility of your thoracic spine, lumbar spine and hips are the 3 focus areas for lower back mobility health. Try these 3 mobility moves to help improve mobility and decrease lower back pain. One month down of @honeyhousetv . When I was talking to @nickdio about this idea in June our intentions were to bring working individuals together to create uplifting content through the vehicle of wellness and make it suitable for all ages. We had seen a handful of “tiktok” houses done but none from an older demographic and none that were working individuals or non-dancers😅. From a platform standpoint 0 to 400,000 in 30 days pushing only wholesome family videos is pretty awesome and proves the theory that older demo houses can appeal to the mass viewership. Also to be mentioned across major national news outlets organically was another success. But a massively impressive feat in my opinion is living in a house with 9 people who all are working 9-5’s and creating content outside of their schedule and having everyone walk away with such a pleasant experience. 💛💛 Really could not have more love for the house members and the way this last month went. It took a ton of communication and flexibility from everyone and because we were willing to do that we created real relationships and care for each other which let us execute on the “work” even further. A loooooot more in store now as we plan for SEASON 2 in October with some really fun conversations going on. Couldn’t be more grateful and excited to continue.. 🍯💛 - @jtbarnett on Instagram

Selbstdruck, Selbstzweifel und Frustration haben sich breit gemacht und mich komplett aus dem Kontakt zu mir selbst gebracht. Erst durch viele intensive Prozesse durfte ich lernen, meine Erfolge auch als solche anzuerkennen. Meine eigene Schönheit in mir, auch als Mann, zu erkennen. Sowie Blockaden anzunehmen und an ihnen zu arbeiten. Am Ende ist es einfach eine Entscheidung, ob du wegschaust oder ob du in den Spiegel schaust und sagst: „Ich sehe dich!“ Erst dadurch entsteht Kontakt. Verbundenheit und Raum für Entfaltung. Wie geht es dir damit? Siehst du dich genug? So wie du bist? Sobre a reabertura das academias. Minha opinião. Se comparado as lojas e grandes mercados que vejo pela minha cidade, será os ambientes mais seguro de estar, é claro que se estiver seguindo todas as normas para o recebimento dos alunos. O que acompanho pelas redes sociais, 99% das academias estão seguindo os protocolos. Outro ponto importante que podemos citar aqui, a importância de se exercitar regularmente e se alimentar bem. Pois uma boa parte das mortes causado pelo Covid19, as pessoas tinha alguma doença proveniente do sedentarismo e suas comorbidades. Estética é legal e bacana de se pensar, mas penso eu que esse retorno ou pra quem irá iniciar os treinamentos é ter um olhar mais delicado sobre o quesito vida e saúde. Gosto de pensar que estamos de passagem nessa vida, e manter-se saudável é poder prolongar da melhor forma essa viagem chamado vida. Congrats @maartenvanderweijden !🥂👌🏻 Yesterday, history was made. Maarten van der Weijden, the 2008 Olympic gold medalist, swam 74 hours straight in order to finish the famous Dutch Eleven Cities Tour. He swam 195 km in order to raise money for cancer research, to which he was able to raise 3.9 mln. euro so far! Together with Natwerk and Falsum we contributed to Maarten’s campaign. For free, of course. We are very thankful that we could contribute and helped Maarten raise this amazing amount of money. In order to create the campaign, the whole crew had to get wet. Armed with bin liners, gaffer tape, and buckets of water we shot these awesome images. Check out the final result and the behind the scenes. Enjoy!
