Confetti Cupcake --- This Poptart just sounds fun to eat. The crust tastes more vanilla and is softer than some other Poptart crusts as well. Definitely more enjoyable than other crusts. The top glaze also has a good vanilla taste. The added circle sprinkles on top are a great addition and make it seem more like a real cupcake! The inside filling tastes just like vanilla icing, with a good texture too. Toasted, this pop tart is also very good. The icing becomes a bit gooey yet still very flavorful. Strawberry Milkshake --- This Poptart sounds really good on the cover. The glaze on top is a nice pink with sprinkles. The filling on the inside tastes like a typical processed, sugary, strawberry. This has also been true for many of their offshoot flavours with none really standing out. Well, this is about to change as Lucky Charms Honey Clovers is actually a delicious cereal. It kinda reminds me of the old uk cereal Start (childhood favorite of mine) but has the added bonus of marshmallows to give the cereal a boost. 𝐒𝐮𝐠𝐚𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐞 𝐓𝐨𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐂𝐫𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐡 🍪🥣 🟦 = 🇨🇦 ⠀ 🏭 @cinnamontoastcrunch Firstly, Sugar Cookie Toast Crunch is fittingly festive. 🎄 (Just check out the beautiful box art! 🤩🤩) ⠀ The scores of sugar crystals remind me of snow. ❄️ ⠀ These are bolstered by a buttery base and vanilla notes to recreate the sugar cookie experience. ⠀ Because I’m 𝐾𝑒𝑣𝑖𝑛 𝑇ℎ𝑒 𝐶𝑜𝑛𝑛𝑜𝑖𝑠𝑠𝑒𝑢𝑟, I ℎ𝑎𝑑 to try both versions at the same time to see if there was any difference. 🤓 ⠀ Hypothesis—Canada (CAN) would be sweeter since per 100g, it has 31g of sugar, while the US has 29g. ⠀ 𝗥𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝟭—𝗗𝗿𝘆 🍪 You’ll notice there are significantly more sugar crystals visible for CAN [📸 3]. ⠀ For the first 90% of each bite, CAN was also slightly sweeter of the two, as predicted. ⠀ However, at the final chew, the US had a sudden sugar rush. 📈 ⠀ 🥊 Round 1 goes to 🇨🇦—I preferred CAN’s consistent sweetness. ⠀ 𝗥𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝟮—𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗸 🍪➕🥛 Most of CAN’s flavour washed away. 🌊 ⠀ Conversely, the US’ flavour was still super strong. 💪 ⠀ 🥊 Round 2 goes to 🇺🇸 ⠀ 𝗥𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝟯—𝗘𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗸 🥛 CAN’s end milk was very mild, surprising since the milk absorbed most of its sugary coating. 🤷🏻♂️ ⠀ Meanwhile, US’ end milk was still surprisingly strong, despite retaining most of its incredible flavour after being submerged. ⠀ This heavenly liquid was vivaciously vanilla, and the perfect way to top off each brilliant bowl. 🤤 ⠀ 🥊 Round 3 goes to 🇺🇸 ⠀ ̲𝐖̲𝐢̲𝐧̲𝐧̲𝐞̲𝐫 🏅 by K.O. The filling is cookie dough with chocolate chips. The filling is very good and tastes like cookie dough. It is very good. The cookie dough filling tastes like cookie dough and the chocolate chips add to the taste with a hint of chocolate. Together the icing and filling tastes like you are eating raw cookie dough. 4sp per bar So I try to eat fairly clean most of the time but occasionally I run into a treat like these @generalmills bars @aldiusa and I can’t resist!! Good news is each of these cereal bars are only 4 @ww smart points. - [x] Not too many people know this flavor. When brought up in conversation people say u mean brown sugar cinnamon this is a VERY underrated pop tart flavor. At first it may seem under glazed as it has just a drizzle of icing. This icing is almost perfect as it adds a crunch and hint of icing without overpowering the filling. The filling in my opinion is the best out of all pop tarts. The cinnamon and sugar tastes exactly like a cinnamon roll. When toasted the pop tart loses some of its flavor but still remains top quality. Since there is less icing the pop tart breaks apart in a way so that it can melt in your mouth. It isnt often that I get excited about boxed macaroni and cheese, but this new @Cheetos Mac n Cheese is the exception! #ad ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I actually participated in a virtual co-creation season with their culinary team in the spring, and Ive been eagerly awaiting the day that it was finally available in stores. Well, today is that day and its available now at @Walmart! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ It comes in three flavors - Bold & Cheesy, Flamin’ Hot and Cheesy Jalapeño - and is available in both a stovetop version and in single serving portions that you can cook right in your microwave. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Naturally I had to try the Flamin’ Hot flavor first, but all three of them taste pretty damn good to the point where I’m still hard pressed to choose a favorite. Pop-tart splitz! These are the drizzled sugar cookie and frosted brownie batter version! I was pretty excited to try these, I love pop tarts and I love variety, so the concept of this was very appealing to me. Unfortunately, they were a little disappointing. The flavors are pretty accurate but also sort of weak, I also didn’t enjoy them together as much as I thought I would. Still a good flavor though, and there was a good amount of filling! Rating: 8.5/10 I tried the strawberry version months ago, now I finally got around to trying the Brown sugar cinnamon version. It’s very good! If you like anything about brown sugar and/or cinnamon , then you will love these. same as the strawberry, the shell gives in to some sog when in milk, but I find it ok with this, particularly because it saves the roof of your mouth. One final note, I really wish the piece were a tad smaller. It’s not too big where it’s uncomfortable, but I think that smaller pieces would tie everything together better. We need more variety!
