They were the first marshmallow cereal to hit the uk so have a nostalgia factor to them, but overall the taste never quite hit the mark. This has also been true for many of their offshoot flavours with none really standing out. Well, this is about to change as Lucky Charms Honey Clovers is actually a delicious cereal. It kinda reminds me of the old uk cereal Start (childhood favorite of mine) but has the added bonus of marshmallows to give the cereal a boost. The honey flavour doesn’t add any extra sweetness to the cereal so it’s not teeth achingly sweet, it just changed the taste enough to really hit the spot. Caramel popcorn 🍿 ⁣ ⁣ Ingredientes:⁣ - 1/2 taza de maíz para cotufas/ palomitas/ popcorn⁣ - 1 taza de azúcar rubia (puede ser 1/2 blanca y 1/2 morena o la que tengas)⁣ - 115g de mantequilla en cubos (un poco más de 1/2 barra)⁣ - 1/2 taza de syrup Karo, miel o syrup maple⁣ - 1 cucharadita de sal ⁣ - 1/2 cucharadita de bicarbonato de sodio⁣ - 2 cucharaditas de vainilla⁣ ⁣ Procedimiento:⁣ 1. Precalienta el horno a 300F.⁣ 2. En una olla caliente con aceite coloca el maíz y haz las cotufas/ palomitas/ popcorn. Colócalas en un bowl.⁣ 3. En una olla a fuego medio derrite la mantequilla. Luego agrega el azúcar, syrup y 1 cucharadita de sal, mueve la olla para que la mantequilla cubra el azúcar.⁣ 4. Hierve por 3-4 min sin mover. ⁣ 5. Agrega el bicarbonato de sodio y la vainilla, mueve hasta que todo se unifique y la mezcla este dorada-marrón. ⁣ 6. Vierte el caramelo sobre las cotufas/palomitas/popcorn y mueve para que se mezcle bien.⁣ 7. Prepara una bandeja con silplat o papel parafinado. Vierte las cotufas/palomitas/popcorn sobre la bandeja y lleva al horno por 15 min moviendo a cada 5-7 min.⁣ 8. What is the best cereal?🥣 It was once estimated that the average American eats approximately 160 bowls of cereal each year. To say cereal is popular in the United States would be a massive understatement. When headed to the table for breakfast, many of us reflexively reach for a box of cereal. For me, that box is Frosted Flakes. As in the saying “They’re Great,” Tony the Tiger really wasnt lying. The magic of this cereal is partly its simplicity. All it is is milled corn that has been frosted with sugar. Thats it. But while there arent any granola clusters, raisins, or fruit flavors to grab your attention, Frosted Flakes is still able to hang with any other cereal on the market. The sweetness is present in every bite but the flakes are hearty enough to successfully balance out the flavors. And much like Cinnamon Toast Crunch, the milk thats left in the bowl after youve finished eating it is a treat in itself.
