Actually me. Ok so I didn’t sleep wrong but I had a stomach of the dodge variety yesterday and, whilst I feel better today, I feel about 95yrs old. And I look 112 😂😂😂😂 It’s a cruel state of affairs but it’s true - you just don’t bounce back like you did. And it comes out of nowhere! One day you’re drinking till 4am and are able to go out for a run at 8.30am and the next, you turn into a geriatric gremlin if you stay awake past midnight! So from my bed yesterday (as well as writing a blog post which is coming soon on cardigans 😉), I decided to make the first two steps in #operationJLo Back to the gym on Tuesday and booked reformer Pilates for Thursday. Friday night, it’s me and the pole 😂😂😂 In all seriousness though, I do think there is something about being aware of looking after yourself in a way that you just took for granted in years gone by...
