Does anyone have any ideas for cultivating mushroom other than in jars/bottles? They work ok but only at a small scale. I would do it in polypropylene bags but they are not recyclable in my area, even if I clean them. I try to be as environmentally conscious as possible and I find this industry to be a huge contributor to plastic waste in landfills. This is a big problem.
