Tutto parte da... salsiccia e friarielli, un classico intramontabile della cucina napoletana.🙂 Dato che amo i risotti e gli accostamenti che riescono a far dialogare tra loro tradizioni geograficamente lontane, ho provato a trasformare un piatto che associo alla cucina della mia adorata nonna in qualcosa di nuovo. Questo risotto, mantecato con provola affumicata, accompagnato da crema di friarielli, salsiccia di Bra e polvere di peperone Crusco, è un connubio tra sapori e tradizioni della Campania, del Piemonte e della Basilicata. Pszczoła to bardzo ważny dla Manchesteru symbol nawiązujący do czasów rewolucji przemysłowej w XVIII i odnosi się do pracowitości mieszkańców miasta. Amerykańska marka Nike postanowiła podkreślić nieoceniony wkład obywateli tej metropolii i wypuścić dedykowaną im wersję kultowych Air Force 1 Low nazwaną Manchester Bee. Buty charakteryzuje kilka unikalnych elementów. Bazę, czyli cholewkę, na której pracowali designerzy z Oregonu, skonstruowano przy użyciu jakościowej skóry nubukowej oraz licowej w bardzo stonowanym, przepięknym odcieniu. Kontrastującym brązem wykończono Swoosh, natomiast bielą podkreślono nylonowy język. Na butach nie zabrakło oczywiście motywu przewodniego, czyli pszczoły. Pracowitego owada wyhaftowano na zewnętrznej stronie pięty, a od wewnątrz wytłoczono wzór plastra miodu. Dodatkowym elementem jest metka na języku 1016 nawiązująca do telefonicznego kodu kierunkowego miasta. Dopełnieniem projektu są połyskujące, cienkie sznurówki oraz śnieżnobiała podeszwa z cementowo-szarym spodem. Buty w limitowanym nakładzie niebawem powinny trafić do sprzedaży.
