Healthy, fast, and delicioso! SKILLET SALMON WITH ZUCCHINI is my new favorite #sponsoredbyninja We cooked it up in the Ninja™ Foods™ NeverStick™ skillet. You’ll need: 2 salmon filets 2 small zucchini, diced 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced in half 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp paprika 2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1/2 lemon 1. Season your salmon by combining paprika, pepper, and 1 tsp salt. Sprinkle evenly over both sides. 2. Combine diced zucchini, cherry tomato, 1 tbsp olive oil, and 1 tsp salt in a large bowl.
