Eggless Blueberry Muffin 🧁 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius. 2. Wash the blueberries, pat dry it using kitchen towel or tissue. 3. Take two spoons of flour in a bowl and add blueberries to coat them properly. 4. Line paper cups on a muffin tray. 5. In a large mixing bowl add olive oil and sugar. Stir well. 6. Now add hot milk, vanilla essence and stir it to combine. Liquid mixture is ready. 7. Sieve all dry ingredients all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda and corn flour. 8. Add liquid mixture to dry mixture and mix well. 9. Combine it well and be sure that there are no air pockets left. 10. Add the flour coated blueberries to the batter and do not over mix it. Just fold them gently. 11. Fill the 3/4rth of paper cups with batter and they are ready to bake. 12. First bake the muffins on 200 degree Celsius for five minutes and then bake for 15 - 16 min. (mine took 15 min to cook). 13. You can check it by inserting tooth pic, it should be come out clean. 14. Let it cool down over wire rack. Eggless blueberry muffins ready to serve! Enjoy! 5. This is an important mixed-berry tart...One year ago, Christopher bought us a house on a hill. I didnt notice right away the land was the shape of a teardrop, and the house was surrounded by thorns. The kind of house only we could love - full of broken stuff, all the beauty hidden under layers. Things of therapy and fairy tales. Then, by midsummer, it all began to make sense: thorns, because berries. We picked all summer and froze them. Custard whipped with a handmade whisk, powered by a cordless drill. Eccola calda calda, sfornata e pronta per essere addentata, si questa è la classica, Schiacciata con luva, quella che, se non ricordo male, andrebbe fatta con il canaiolo, poi nella zona Greve, Panzano in Chianti, ognuno ha la ricetta della memoria, per me invece è un ricordo indelebile di tante serate, tanti pranzi a base di Bistecca o sua maestà lArrosto girato, vero capolavoro culinario, sempre accompagnati dal locale Chianti Classico Gallo nero,........... per la mia versione, ho preparato un impasto al 70% didratazione, qualche grammo di lievito madre liofilizzato, un goccio dolio evo, fatta lievitare 24 ore, stesa in teglia, cosparsa di zucchero di canna, fatta lievitare ulteriormente per una mezzoretta, sistemato in maniera armoniosa i chicchi delluva, io ho usato il sangiovese, forno caldo a 220° per i primi 20,a toccare, poi alzata e cotta fino a colorazione,............ risultato sorprendente, il liquido rilasciato, bagna la parte superiore che va, a contrastare il croccante della base, per gli amanti delluva è il top, dimenticavo, volutamente nellimpasto ho omesso il sale,..............
