Day 5~ Wow! I can’t believe it’s already been 5 full days here at Alsana in Monterey. I love the people in this house, the staff, and the groups so far. It’s a bit different than my past residential experience and I like the differences so far. They are slightly more relaxed with rules which has been great! My dietitian talked to me again today and she said that she doesn’t even have a real “goal” weight for me which was interesting. She said whatever my weight is when I’m not using any behaviors or having any disordered thoughts is likely my “happy weight” which is an interesting concept. In the past providers have given me a specific range to get to, so this is a bit different, but I think I will try and go with it and try to fixate less on the numerical values. It might be better for my mental health in the long run. I requested a walk to the beach this week, so fingers crossed 🤞🏻 that I get one. I’ve basically been either bed bound in the hospital or inside for about a month now, so it really would be nice to get outside and for Hallie! *Photo is of some aebleskivers! А вчера появилась малышка. ⠀ Мы уехали в центр погулять с девочками, потому что дома я не могла сидеть и постоянно плакала и вот когда мы дошли до Красной площади, написал Миша и прислал аудио в 6 секунд с первым криком Верочки. Пишу и снова слезы текут по щекам.. Это главная моя московская новость! ⠀ Спасибо всем за поздравления и пожелания здоровья и счастья девочкам, я не смогу видимо в ближайшее время всем ответить - там тысячи сообщений! . Santa Maria Navarrese è la frazione turistica a mare di Baunei. La parte sud del Golfo viene chiamata anche Costa di Baunei. Il porto dista circa 12 miglia da Cala Goloritzè che potrete raggiungere in circa 35 minuti a 20 nodi di velocità. Baunei è senza dubbio il comune ideale in cui soggiornare se voleste raggiungere Cala Goloritzè a piedi con gli itinerari di trekking recentemente messi in sicurezza dal comune. La spiaggia di Cala Goloritzè viene raggiunta quotidianamente da aprile ad ottobre dai porti di Cala Gonone, Santa Maria Navarrese, Arbatax, La Caletta ed Orosei. Rispetto alle altre cale del Golfo di Orosei, laccesso via mare è consentito solo ai natanti a remi. Per questa ragione lo sbarco in spiaggia, da parte delle motonavi e dei servizi charter in gommone non è effettuato. Tuttavia è possibile ammirare lo scenario della spiaggia anche con queste due soluzioni in quanto il passaggio di fronte ad essa viene effettutato solitamente da qualsiasi imbarcazione. Inoltre il charter in barca ed in gommone prevede generalmente una sosta nello specchio acquee antistanti allarco di roccia. Noleggiando un gommone in autonomia avrete modo di scegliere i tempi del bagno allancora decidendo se raggiungerla a nuoto o esplorare con la maschera i fondali di sabbia e calcaree che fanno da cornice a Cala Goloritzè.Come tante delle calette della Costa di Baunei, anche Goloritzè ha unorigine franosa. A differenza delle altre spiagge pero, Cala Goloritzè ha unorigine recente. È plausibile che le acque carsiche che scorrono allinterno della codula del Bacu Goloritzè, abbiano provocato il crollo dellattuale parete ovest. Em Setembro de 2017 pesava 56kg. Nunca antes tinha pesado tanto. A minha rotina diária era composta por antidepressivos, ansiolíticos, anticonvulsivos, entre outros. Por essa altura devia estar a tomar uns 8 a 10 comprimidos diários sem contabilizar os ditos SOS. Em Setembro de 2018 pesava 44kg. Não fazia nenhum tipo de exercício e não tinha restrições alimentares. A medicação tinha reduzido e o meu peso também. Significativamente. Os meses de Verão foram os mais angustiantes de que me recordo. Não houve uma única semana em que não fosse a uma consulta, não fizesse um exame ou análises. Fiz tantos exames que só me lembro do nome de metade. Hoje, Setembro de 2019, peso 50,5kg. Felizmente só tomo um comprimido diário e os SOS e os exames não mostraram nada de grave (nada como os médicos suspeitavam 🙏🏼). Frequento o ginásio desde Abril e desde aí ganhei 4kg. Se hoje me sinto bem com o meu peso ou com o meu corpo? Seria hipócrita se dissesse que sim. Quantas e quantas vezes dou por mim a insultar-me e a ter vergonha. Vezes demais. Travo uma batalha interior diária para me aceitar e para me sentir bem. E acreditem, às vezes é muito difícil. Mas o que me dá mais força é pensar que mesmo estando com uns kg a mais pelo menos estou saudável. De que me vale ter 43/44kg se não conseguia sequer aproveitar a minha vida? Eu acredito que tudo acontece por uma razão e sei que hoje sou uma pessoa mais forte e com uma visão diferente da vida exatamente pelo que passei. Tal como todos vocês! Tag 9: An unserem vorletzten Tag in Sardinien wollen wir den Golf von Orsei – eine der schönsten Küsten des Mittelmeeres – auf eigene Faust mit einem Boot erkunden, denn in Sardinien kann man sich ein kleines Boot ohne Skipper Führerschein mieten. Am Vortag haben wir auch schon einige Anbieter angefragt, hatten aber leider bisher kein Glück, sodass wir uns entscheiden direkt nach Cala Gonone zu fahren und dort direkt unser Glück versuchen. Als wir dort ankommen, steuern wir auf die vielen Angebotshäuschen zu, doch leider ist wirklich kein Boot mehr frei. Ziemlich deprimiert hocken wir uns an den Hafen und überlegen uns einen Alternativplan für den Tag, als uns spontan doch noch ein Boot angeboten wird. Dieses ist ein größeres Modell und mit 140€ auch teurer als die Modelle, für die wir uns interessiert haben, aber wir entscheiden uns dafür. Wir waren bisher so sparsam unterwegs, da können wir uns zum Abschluss noch einmal etwas gönnen. This was a bumpy ride, this for sure! 😁 I always wanted to see FIORDO DI FURORE from the other side, from the sea. And guys, it’s so worth it to take the boat from Positano and drive along the Amalfi Coast 😍One of my favorite things to do in Positano and an absolutely MUST HAVE.
