If the final is the last chance to blow judges away, then Felix DEFINITELY did this with their Profiteroles with vanilla ice cream, salted caramel and hot chocolate sauce and this AMAZING vanilla creme brûlée with raspberry sorbet. More than a trend, Hawaiians have been enamored with this hole-less donut for over a century when immigrants from Portugal popularized the treat and intrinsically linked it to their new Hawaiian home.
