Dużo o mnie wiecie, więc pomyślałam, że napiszę kilka dziwnych/śmiesznych faktów z mojego życia, oprócz tego, że mam na imię Malwina, mam 31 lat i jeszcze jakieś 2 lata temu bym nie pomyślała, że będę się tutaj pokazywać 🙈 🎵 Umiem rozpoznać piosenkę po połowie nutki - kiedyś ulice obok mojego studenckiego mieszkania odbywały się castingi do Jaka to melodia? i nie poszłam, bo zaspałam 🙈 👓 Pewnego razu, w drodze do Niemiec po auto (miałam być kierowcą na zmianę i cieszyłam się jak szczerbaty na sucharki, że przejadę się niemiecką autostradą) tir rozjechał mi okulary. Nie muszę chyba wspominać, że nie prowadziłam auta z powrotem bez okularów? 👓 Będąc przy okularach - jak widzę kogoś, kto zakłada albo ściąga soczewkę, robi mi się słabo i prawie mdleję. Nie umiałabym sama włożyć sobie tego ustrojstwa do oka. Nawet jak o tym piszę, jest mi słabo. Nie wiem, jak przetrwałam dwie irydotomie laserowe oczu. 🚗 Nie kręci mnie automatyczna skrzynia biegów, dla mnie to nuda 😁 . . To teraz Wy 😁 napiszcie mi jedną ciekawostkę o sobie. Raw post ✔️ I’ve been seeing a psychologist for the past 7 weeks and it’s something I am actually really proud of. A year ago I would have been pretty embarrassed to talk about this because it would have felt like I was too weak or unintelligent to figure things out in my own. What I’ve realised now is that finally taking the step to seek professional help is one of the bravest things I’ve ever done. After I filled in a test, she informed me that my results showed extreme levels of anxiety and depression, which felt very weird to hear but also made a lot of sense. I’ve needed this type of help for as long as I can remember and have always carried a lot of sadness but my ego held me back and as a result I let my values down in different ways. I don’t want to live like that anymore, I want to be a man in this world who is very happy, very purposeful and very real 🔥 I’ve already learned so much about mastering my self awareness and even though it’s early days, I’m noticing these massive changes in how I deal with people and situations. Every day I practice observing my feelings and thoughts without judgment and it’s really helping me to tackle things more effectively and also be more understanding of other people’s emotions/reactions. I’ll share more about this as I go because I’m honestly loving everything I’m learning and life is too short to hold back from growing, sharing and communicating on deep incredible levels 🙏🏼 - @portagram on Instagram

Hallo zusammen 😃 . Macht ihr #Diäten? Oder ernährt ihr euch bewusst. Noch vor paar Jahren habe ich das gegessen worauf ich Lust hatte. Aber eine Menge die nicht gut oder normal war. Ich esse schon immer eine große Portion und wenn die Kinder nicht zu Ende essen wollten habe ich es auch noch gegessen, man wollte ja auch nichts wegschmeißen ☝️. . Dann habe ich circa 10 Kilo #abgenommen, was auf meine fast 1,8m schon recht viel ist. Da gab es halt nur Salat und Knäckebrot 🙄 und laufen, laufen, laufen. Geht halt ohne Sport nicht.😅 Aber dann war ich ein Spargel 🤣🤣🤣. Die richtige Dosis zwischen Kraft Training und Ernährung ist, für mich, sehr schwierig. Man sollte kein #Lowcarb machen, dann fehlt dir die Energie😅, Eiweiß sollte möglichst viel genommen werden weil sonst nichts aufgebaut wird & Fett? Ist eh immer schlecht oder?😑 Also ihr Fitness und Ernährungsberater was soll ich machen wenn ich nur etwas abnehmen möchte dabei aber aufbauen will 🤔. Tolle Tipps wären super! . Werbung.
