Dougalls - IPA 9 Found this beer, and thought I might give it a go. It is VERY hazy, I cant really see through it. It has a ginger-orange juice color, it seems like the oatmeal as well as the hops make this happen to an extreme. It has a cream foam medium bubbles with nice retention (extra proteins). I get a citrus and passion fruit aroma with a back smell of pine needles, and a background sour passion fruit. In the palate it is earthy (soil kind of taste), passion fruit and pine needle flavor, the body is rounded and smooth, but the carbonation is very low. In general it is not overly bitter but the bitterness does linger and it is also the most pronounced thing of the beer (obviously). Finally, a fantastic bottle of #henribonneau #chateauneufdupape #reservedescelestins #2011 . Vocês já cansaram de me ver falar o que o álcool é um fonte de calorias vazias (7kcal/g) e que prejudica sim o processo de recuperação e ganho de massa muscular, assim como o processo de emagrecimento. Mas, hoje quero chamar a atenção para a variação dos valores calóricos presentes nas diferentes preparações. 👉Quanto maior o percental de álcool na bebida, maior será seu valor calórico. Mas, não adianta optar por uma bebida menos calórica (ex: cerveja) e acabar ingerindo em grandes quantidades. Sai elas por elas! 👉Cuidado com os destilados. Além do maior teor alcoolico, muitas vezes são mistrados com outras bebidas que aumentam o valor calórico da preparação como refirgerante, suco de caixinha, açúcar, leite condensado. Ta bom Geo, mas qual bebida traz menos impacto para meus resulatdos?🧚♀️ Como tudo na nutrição, a resposta é: DEPENDE! Da frequência de consumo, da quantidade e do tipo de preparação da bebida alcoólica. É melhor tomar três latinhas de cerveja em paz do que optar por uma preparação mais calórica (ex: sex on the beach) só por que utiliza bebida destilada. Se você não abre mão de um drink e não tem um objetivo grande que requer mais disciplina em relação ao álcool, opte por bebidas com menor teor alcoólico e fique atento às formas de preparo. This JL Chave 2014 Hermitage Blanc is an opulent white wine from the Northern Rhône valley in France. Simply the best winemaker in Hermitage, the wines of JL Chave are bold, yet fraught with delicate finesse. The cépage here is made from a combination of 85% Marsanne and 15% Rousanne oaked in a combination of new and old French Oak for 24 months before release. Verbena, elderflower, and wild Chamomile flavours ooze from the bottle as you pop the cork open. It is a sign of great things to come. As you pour the golden liquid into the aptly large balloon glass, you will notice peach, apricots, honeysuckle, Fuji apples and white plum aromas come to life around you. The sip ends off with a giant gulp, as one can hardly resist the dry and creamy flavours of hazelnut oil and toasty brioche on the palate. Simply divine. Today we got our #gravitysake informally judged by a world-renowned Master Saké Sommelier Toshio Ueno! We are honored and humbled for him to taste our saké and for such a positive feedback! He has tasted so many saké from the best breweries around the world so we would’ve been happy with an ‘edible’ rating! Ueno-san has had a major influence on our mission to build a craft saké brewery in LA for us to reach a new demographic and make the freshest #namasake available to the locals. Here are some of my words from the interview: When the first lockdown in Melbourne was about to take place and I realized that I would lose my job due to the closure of the restaurant where I worked [...] I thought by leaving Australia I would lose an opportunity, this is why I have decided to stay here. Im in the fifth month of quarantine but in the meantime I study and write a lot because the sommellerie and wine are my greatest passions. [...] I try to transform what others see only as a limit into possibility. Facing this inevitable sacrifice helps me mentally to overcome the dark days that can happen to anyone.
