- I’m bursting with pride! What a labor of love — over the past few weeks, my partner and I began our own sourdough starter from scratch (we named it Beatrix). Neither of us had any experience, so it’s been a real journey of learning and trial-and-error.

Broken strings makes for a sad day. It takes a part of you. The late nights jamming with friends, the girls you taught to play, the good and bad times in your life. But then again, you get to start all over again, with a new set. :) Je-taime
