SPINACH We consume lots of spinach and we plant this in cycles! This Brazilian spinach is one of our favourites and it’s pretty easy to plant. It grows from just stem cuttings so you can pluck off all the leaves from your store bought spinach (make sure you buy those with stems still on and not just loose leaves) for consumption, leaving the bare stems behind for replanting. Get a good length stem of about 5-6 inches. Stick the stem 2-3 inches in the soil and leave the remaining above ground! You’ll start to see young buds popping up on the stem where you plucked off all your leaves, possibly even in a week! - Whats happening with my reaper? Its watered only when the soil is dry, plenty of light (4xT8s) many leaves seems to dry out for some reason. I had aphids but got rid of them using lady bugs but it was like that before. Its like that since I pruned it.
