I haven’t done an intro for a long time so I would forgive you for forgetting all my quirky traits 🙃 . I’m Camilla. I live on a cattle station in North Western Queensland with my husband, 2 kids👨👩👧👦, 2 dogs 🐶, 8 chooks 🐔, 2 goats 🐐 and calf (I keep trying to add a donkey and an alpaca but no luck yet). We run beef cattle on our station and our children are home schooled because of our remote location, so 2020 thankfully hasn’t been a huge shock to us. . I travel most often to Townsville for shoots but I do also cover Cairns, Atherton Tablelands area and Mareeba for photos but basically most places in NQ. . 🧠Atualmente, há um movimento de diminuição no hiato entre ciência e prática do uso de esteroides que vem sendo realizado por excelentes profissionais (vocês sabem quem são) e fico bastante feliz por poder fazer parte disto. 🧠Nessa perspectiva, venho mostrar recentes estudos sobre o efeito ansiogênico da nandrolona na ansiedade, esta que é bem estudada em doses suprafisiológicas neste comportamento. Sabe-se que a ansiedade é de enorme importância para a sobrevivência, mas o aumento da mesma pode ser prejudicial. 🧠Tem sido mostrando que a administração suprafisiológica de nandrolona aumenta o comportamento ansioso. De fato, estudos convergem a este mesmo desfecho [1,2,3,4,5] e as doses utilizadas situam entre 5- 50 mg/kg (0,5 a 5 mg/kg em humanos). Os achados nos mostram que a nandrolona possui um efeito dose dependente na ansiedade, ou seja, quanto maior a dose maior o efeito ansiogênico. 🧠Além disto, doses menores (5 em animais; 0,5 mg/kg em humanos) não são capazes de alterar a ansiedade, entretanto, a medida que se prolonga o tempo de uso (+4 meses) há possibilidade de se apresentar este desfecho . Interessantemente, o exercício físico parece diminuir esta ansiedade da nandrolona, mas não podemos dizer que ajudaria em uma situação de doses altas ou abuso (seria inconsequente de minha parte dizer que é só treinar que está tranquilo). 🧠Traduzindo para a prática, quanto maior for a dose que utilizar, ou mesmo que não use muito, mas o tempo de exposição a nandrolona seja longo; irá aumentar a ansiedade. 🧠Portanto, é possível que o mais cético não acredite neste efeito colateral justamente porque alguns usuários necessitam sentir esse aumento de ansiedade para acreditar na ciência e poucos terão esta percepção e autoconhecimento. Contudo, nãoo se pode ignorar este efeito uma vez que diversas evidências os mostram. Para refletir: Como seria seu comportamento em um contexto aversivo se não estivesse usando nandro? Holy shit, happy 15th birthday to “Are You Thinking What I’m Thinking?” Apparently 15 years ago @tennesseebunny, @charlottefroom, and I put out our first record, right out of highschool, produced by @wigmusic at @soundcitystudios and @sunsetsoundrecorders. A Referências 3 é um jeito bacana que encontramos de compartilhar um conteúdo mais leve e informal, de mostrar um pouco quem somos e, eventualmente, de abrir este espaço para um pessoal de fora que achamos massa e queremos que vocês conheçam. Toda segunda-feira vamos compartilhar as três principais referências de alguém, dentro de um recorte de tema e linguagem artística. E, porque achamos que o Ateliê397 é um espaço que fala sobre ruptura e questionamento, esse é o nosso primeiro tema! ✌️ Para inaugurar a série, eu, Carô – o estagiário, óbvio – 🌈🌈, trouxe três das minhas principais referências na fotografia. A autorrepresentação e a representação do outro através da câmera sempre me fascinaram, porque estão diretamente relacionadas às questões que envolvem a identidade. Nesse sentido, as três fotógrafas selecionadas exploram esse campo de modo a possibilitar uma discussão sobre expressão e gênero. Claude Cahun, fotógrafa surrealista da década de 30, rompe com os papéis de gênero feminino e masculino em suas imagens, tratando a identidade como algo em constante mutação. Rompe com as convenções do período e enxerga o gênero como um papel no teatro social: “Embaixo dessa máscara, outra máscara, nunca vou terminar de tirar todos esses rostos”. Francesca Woodman foi uma fotógrafa extremamente experimental, tendo como principal tema ela mesma. Questionando a representação do corpo feminino, sua nudez é complexa e seus autorretratos, se assim podemos chamá-los a partir de seu corpo despido, são uma forma de ressignificação da identidade, sem a interferência de vestimenta. Nan Goldin é um acervo da cultura queer estadunidense. A fotógrafa retratou, ao longo de 20 anos, a comunidade LGBTQIA+. Durante o período de crise da aids, nos anos 1980, fotografou seu círculo social de modo intimista, cru. Para Nan, a técnica não era tão importante, mas as cores mereciam toda a sua atenção. O resultado disso é hipnotizante.
